I had a wonderful experience at this location. I missed dining in at Steak n’ Shake! There is a kiosk system in place now which makes the process much more efficient. Our shake, followed by our food, came out very quick and was kindly called/served with no issue. Highly impressed and would highly recommend.
Worst experience I've ever had!! You have to order through a kiosk. Know one talks to you except to call your name to pick up your order. Drink machine was out and sweet tea was not sweet AND HAIR IN FOOD!!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!
Ordered curbside. Waited 30 mins. Went to window and got told. "I'm legally not able to serve you"All I wanted was a burger and cheese fries.I want my refund for in app purchase that has been taken.Worst experience ever.
The food was good and was cooked in a good amount of time. My major issue is a kid dropped her plate. No big deal at all. It happens. The kids dad, uncle and cousin told an employee about. I heard the conversations about it,but I didn't know where it was. 45 mind latter I get up to throw my tash away and I found it. I slipped on the melted cheese and went down. I caught myself. By them not cleaning the mess up, my lower back is now out of place. I went to the manger and said something about it and about me falling and Mario didn't care at all. All he said is "there are only three of us working. I'll get to it when I can". Know we all know that's not how that works. I get you have three people working. But at least put a wet floor sign out to let people know till you can get to it.
We have been there several times now and ordered online to go. The food was perfect and we didn't have to wait long. I don't know why everyone is complaining about the kiosk system, I guess they just want to state that they notice things are different.
Not a chain local to my area (North East)... But there in Indiana on a business trip and I've f line a new favorite. Loved the fries, lived the butter burger, lubed the shake... Would definitely come back another time. Please move into the North East... Love the Frisco Sauce ... Just the right tang to it that makes it unique
Not a huge fan of the new kiosk system. They called out the wrong order number, so we were waiting for ours to be called...finally went up to check the tray they had put out and it was ours. >< Aside from the fries being coldish (but you'll have that, since it sat until we checked,) and not a big fan of the cardboard milkshake straws... The sandwiches were tasty!
Horrible service. It took me about fifteen minutes in the drive-thru just to get my food and when I got it I discovered they had messed up my order. When I went back around they had me pull up and assured me they would get the corrected order out to me ASAP. I waited for another fifteen minutes, watching five cars get serviced behind me, without seeing anyone come out with my food. So, because they were closing in about ten minutes I went back through the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window they finally gave me my remade food, but to my dismay it was messed up in the exact same way the first order had been! I tried to pull back around and get it remade for a THIRD time, but when I got to the window I was informed they were closed, could not make me my correct order, and could not give me a refund. When I went in the next day I finally got the right order, but the manager seemed annoyed that I was there. Absolutely horrible service.
Got to be the SLOWEST, most Incompetent restaurant in around!! The “employees” just let you stand there, waiting…like they don’t even work there. And they aren’t doing anything they should be as employees. 6 people standing there waiting for them. They simply look at you and wander off. Even the “Manager”! Needless to say, we will not be visiting here again. I didn’t like the food anyway. I don’t understand how they even stay in business.
Since the kiosk ordering happened this place has went downhill, there is no customer service what so ever we ordered 2 meals a bottled water and a shake the 2 meals came out without the sauce with the chicken tenders and no milkshake. Had to wait probably 10 minutes standing at the counter and finally gave up after getting looks from employees but never acknowledged that we needed something. We ended up catching an employee who was bringing food out to get our shake and sauce and bottled water. Bathrooms were too nasty for my girlfriend to want to use. I won't be back
