Ordered a drink with oat milk in it....and had a sour taste. Learned it was expired and just......never coming to this location AGAIN
They got us in and out of the drive through at very quick pace!Our barista was very friendly as well.

Give all employees a raise! They are bomb at this Starbucks. Lines can be long but these employees handle it all with grace and poise. They create amazing drinks and try to get to know repeat customers.
Came here couple times. They could not make my favorite s'more Frappuccino though. I did both drive thru and walk in. Happier with drive thru.Today is a busy morning, long line at drive thru. Got the order smooth and fast. Store looks pretty clean as most Starbucks I have been so far.?Nice service.☕️My both Cappuccino and Frappuccino made me happy.?Parking lot is little small when the line is long. But generally is a good place.Like it.
As a fellow barista, I was impressed with how quickly this location was with handling a high volume of orders. Alongside with my order which wasn’t too hefty, I left pretty happy and will return before leaving Muncie.
Not being from the Muncie Area I’m not familiar with the Starbucks Menu. Anyways, Dara working the drive thru was very patient and helpful with me picking exactly what I wanted. I loved the drink and she was awesome!
The staff here is always so friendly. Their service is amazing. Never had a bad experience.
Amazing!! Even with being slammed busy, the wait was not long at all, the drinks were perfect, and the staff is phenomenal!!
If I could rate zero stars I would. Just came out of this store where I was the only walk-in customer (there were only two cars in the drive thru) and was totally ignored by the two people working there. No greeting, no nothing. Apparently you can only get served if you are in a car. Turned around and left. Never going back.
