Just had dinner here with my boyfriend and had amazing service ! Our server was named Ivee and she was literally the best , we always had full cups and made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner and was just very sweet . She was very polite and answered all of the questions we had and overall we just had a good conversation. If you come to eat ask for Ivee! Best service I’ve had in Muncie .
The walls are white now, and other ascetic things have gone down hill the last year or so. I had to stare at a bottle of glass cleaner the whole time, the staff by the kitchen are loud and annoying and don't watch what they say. RibEyes at this location were always sub-par, but today was worse. The server was ok, but not the spot i used to hang out at. I say RIP to my memories, moving on.
One of the best salad bars out there in today's market.
Had an amazing server and service, but the salad bar was awful! Often being out of a lot of things on it. Had to wait for new plates. Many of the salad dressings weren't even marked as to what they were.
Started out that seating was an issue because they had limited servers. Ordered Salad Bar and the salad bar was not stocked. Some items completely empty. Ordered drinks and we did not receive them in timely manner, but once my Relaxer Tall came I was real satisfied with that. But the old saying, Never drink on an empty stomach holds true here. My Bourbon Salmon looked yummy till I realized it was not cooked properly.. Still pink like it was just caught. Rice was luke warm and Zucchini looked like it was just cut and not cooked.The manager was gracious and kind. Actually went to kitchen and cooked my MEAL TO GO himself. Furnished me with a dessert and no charge for my meal. I don’t like hearing from waiters we are short staffed. My meal was not late to be served, it was not cooked. They seem to be in the Covid Frame of mind that it’s the universal excuse for failure. The best part of my evening was a manager who made no excuse but corrected the issue. I don’t know the answer to the problems with customer service these days. It a very sad and disappointing situation.
had a great date night dinner and dessert. the cheesecake is amazing! waitress was really nice.
The food was less than what was expected- salad bar not labeled, and the rice side I got was ice cold. As was the queso cheese I had. The air was out, which made it even less pleasant. Server was great tho.
Was a Great Dinner, the Cheesecake that I had split with My Ole-Man. That was big enough for both of us. Oh it was so decant plus had different fruit toppings to choose from.
Excellent service & food,The salad bar is endless and if you add it to your entree it is only $4.99The salmon glazed with a sweet barbecue sauce was a perfect compliment to the dish. I would highly recommend the Mac n cheese. It’s worth the $1.99 upgrade charge.
Great place for a tasty meal!They have a wonderful salad bar, and a ton of other diverse meals for all people.Went there on Valentines without a reservation and they got us right through imidiatly, very acomidating and friendly.
