I ordered the coconut shrimp. The shrimp were not as thick as usual. In fact some were so thin after frying the meat was not detectable. I was very disappointed, but everything else was great. The other 3 in my party orderd other items and were very satisfied with it all.
The food was ok. Was set at a booth under the AC vent and it cooled my food off very quickly. The biscuits were warm and fresh but extremely salty. Thought it might have been that particular basket and got another and it was the same. $88 for 2 was the bill total. Did not feel it was worth it.
If u like seafood, then this is the place to go!! Their service is fantastic as well, in my opinion. We barely ate our appetizers, before our food was ready, which was awesome. I couldn't believe how fast our food was made. We probably got our food 15 minutes or so after we ordered!!! I will be going back in the future. Only complaint is its not a very cheap place to eat. Plan on spending some money. My party of 3 ate dinner for around 60$-70$. That price includes drinks, 1 appetizer, 3 meals, and 1 dessert.
First of all I have went to this Red lobster probably 25 times in my life, that said my dining experience was terrible! We went for my birthday. For starters the cheddar Bay biscuits should just be bay biscuits no cheddar at all! Very bad decision on Red lobsters part!!!! We ordered Surf n turf, I asked to substitute the rock lobster tail instead of Maine lobster tail.... can't be done! Had to order an extra one she didn't know how much it would cost, when our meals came I got the ultimate feast and a extra lobster tail. So my lobster tail that cost $16.99 sat and got cold until my surf n turf came! My husband didn't want to eat until my food came as it was my birthday! Paid extra for the crispy brussel sprouts side... horrible! Fast forward took 15 minutes to get change for paying for our meal, we waited near the front of restaurant after 10 minutes. When she gave us our change she apologized and asked me if I wanted my birthday sundae as we were leaving!!!! We actually still tipped her!!!? The grand total of this mess was $148.00!!!!!! We had tickets to a music venue and didn't have the time to do anything about it! We also did not want to ruin the night anymore than Red lobster had already done! I am getting ready to call corporate after this review! Am I wrong!!!????
The Server I had Nikki, was amazing! I sat at the bar as it was just me, but I didn’t feel as though that was an issue at all! I had all you could eat shrimp and she made sure I had all I needed!
My date was pleased with her coconut shrimp, but my fish and chips was ruined by paper lining under the fish and sticking to it. How stupid can they be? The server said others had complained about it. I would think one complaint would make them realize that paper advertisement under the food is not a good idea.
Server Dana was AWESOME!!! Host Jacob was very courteous. Went for the endless shrimp and very good food, great service. Not disappointed.
Muncie Red Lobster was not a good dining experience. Steak was too tough to eat, cooked medium, and baked potato was cold. Lobster tail was the smallest lobster tail I have ever seen. Manager, Chelsea said she had been working there for nearly 10 years and they were always that size. We've been eating at Red Lobster for well over ten years at various locations and I have never seen one that small. Waitress, Morgan, was very attentive and the service was great but it didn't make up for the bad food. Manager did discount the food, which was returned uneaten after the first bite of the steak and potato however, that doesn't help when you go out to eat and don't get to. Manager said she was going to give us a coupon for a future visit, which she didn't, however, as I don't intend to return to that location it doesn't matter.
shrimps always good, but the dessert was fire !!!
I don't usually post review stuff, but it was nice I loved to food though I didn't eat alot. The waitress was very nice, we just were unsure about the silver wear??? You know how like some silverware and glasses can have that like dry water kind of stain? It's just the water drying wierd but like, we had that but it was sort of all over the even sold the knife the fork and we felt really unsure about it but we didn't want to cause a scene over it. We just ate the finger food and took the rest to go. All in all wasn't bad.
