We got the cheesecake sunday's I got chocolate and it was amazing. I originally wanted the strawberry vanilla swirl cone but they were out of strawberry. The Sunday was a nice substitute I chose and I'll definitely be back for another one!
Rally's for the win. The fry seasoning is amazing ... and the Baconzilla burger is the burger I have dreamt about... And hope to dream about again. Too bad you don't have any stores in the Northeast! Please expand into Massachusetts!
I am a doordash driver. I waited 20 mins in the drive through for then to day the were out of 2 things ordered and have me get something else approved by the customer. I don't believe they got their moneys worth and I don't think they should offer doordash if they can't put the food out quicker.
RUDE EMPLOYEES. Had to get a manager who happened to be very helpful. Informed him of employees slamming the window in my face. They also didn't mark my drinks. The employee told me to take the lids off and I could tell the difference that way. Impossible as my drinks were coke and rootbeer.
Personally, I’ve worked in fast food before and I know how overwhelming a drive thru job can be. However, there’s been multiple occasions where this Rally’s in particular has gotten my order incorrect, served old food (the taste alone was unsettling) and it has gotten me sick. I know with COVID going on, there’s probably many online orders and drive thru customers that come through. I understand how difficult a job like that can be, especially with the $ wage we’re given. Although, I don’t understand how difficult it can be to throw out old food and make new batches. Old food causes people to get sick. I’ve always said if I won’t eat the food I’m serving customers, I won’t serve it.It’s pretty hit or miss, and I’m assuming it’s due to being busy/the workers on duty. I just hope this improves soon! Getting sick from food is a safety hazard, and you never know who is going to be eating the food you serve in the drive thru. Imagine a child getting sick? It wouldn’t reflect too well on the business. But I’ve always had decent service. The food is just hit or miss.
This is not the first time i have had food that was terrible from here undercooked chicken can make people very sick. You guys need to do better this is just disgusting and lazy, i ordered this for my 8 year old son
It's not the best burger never will be and I don't think they try it is cheap though and ok to eat better then mcdonalds next door
The burgers were delicious and I like that there's 2 drive thrus.
Ordered a sandwich and a drink. When I got to the window all I had was a $20 and they didn't have change therefore I had to leave my order and go to some other place. Will probably not shop there again
