The food was great. Had a party of 5 and had to go request a server. The bill was a Bill plus. And towards the end, we were looked at like it was time to go…I met up with a childhood friend who lives on the west coast this particular night…. So as a party we decided to leave half of a 10% tip. I live in Ohio so it took me a hour to drive to eat there.Guarantee it won’t happen again
Because the workers didn't seem to care that my order was messed up after I got home from picking it up, I am leaving this review. I was missing 3 items and the cheese quesadilla was barely filled, mostly all shell and the jalapeños I asked to be added to the quesadilla was on the side...might as well have said no jalapenos and saved the add on charge. One of the missing items was the flour tortillas that went with the fajita, making the fajita pointless without the shells. Went all the way back to get the missing items and was not compensated for my trouble. If the manager is reading this, it would be my suggestion that whoever takes the order by phone carries the order through to the end, in the sense you take the order, you gather all the food and items when ready, then meet the customer with the bag, ensuring them all the food has been carefully included. And Mr. Manager, the biggest problem you face is indifference. Teach your staff to care about every order and getting it right the first time.

Went to the Puerto Vallarta on N Broadway with the boys.... signed in at 6:37.... got seated at 7:05.... after almost 2 hours.... no offer for drink refills.... and other people that were seated after us had received and finished their meal.. when I asked, no explanation as to what was going on... it was time to leave and the will be the last time ever at Puerto Vallarta on Broadway !
I eat here alot well I ate here he other nite a pick up order I sat and waited 15 min for told me it be ten min and by time I got home 5 min away my food was cold now why would I want to spend 25 bucks on some cold food

Loved the street tacos. Highly recommended. The place smelled and looked very clean .. we asked for hotter salsa. We took it home what was left. Service was on point and fast.
New restaurant building is beautiful and spacious. No longer feel like a sardine. Food was excellent as usual.
