This Pizza king is the WORST OF THE WORST… time after time disappointment. We are now ordering from another pizza king that we have to pick up ourselves. Right when you think it’s been enough time and maybe you’ll get good food NOPE!!!! nothing has changed.. and after you wait a hour plus for your food you get RUDE MANGERS… most people that answer the phone have no clue what they are doing … prices have went up 2 times this year and THE food is cold.. never cooked enough, pizza dough is foul.. most of the time you never get the EXTRAS you pay for.. the latest order was ANOTHER disaster the MRG (Sabrina) hung up on my husband when he asked for her name. $25.00 & a hour and a half for 2 subs we still have NO DINNER!!! Thank you for nothing Macedonia and reminding us to stay away from this location.
Macedonia location in Muncie SUCKS!!!!!! Terrible service and terrible food!!!! wsited over an hour on my order and then when I got home the pizza was terrible and didnt even have any ranch sauce on it!!!!! It was supposed to be a chicken ranch feast but there was no ranch!!!!! The didnt even offer any compensation or anything!!!! just said sorry we are underdtaffed yet there were 3 people just standing around doing nothing!!!

This is my first time ordering from here, but it WILL NOT be my last. Super friendly staff over the phone. I'm a truck driver, and not from the area, and the order taker was very helpful and patient. So, order placed; reasonable price. Delivery did take a while, but it was Friday, and %100 worth the wait! Pizza was fabulous. Breadsticks were great. Sub outstanding. Friendly driver. An all around solid experience. ?
There was a very rude manager that works at mcgalliard name Zach and messes up my food on purpose I always know when he is working put it that way so now I do pick up at another one so if u want more buss may want to put ur manager in check ✔️ its just uncalled for
The staff said they were understaffed. Service was slow to start. The phone at our #20 didn't work well so I had them come take our order. No toilet paper so I had to ask for paper. orderscame but they were mixed up. okay.
They charged me for drinks I didnt receive, never got my refund. They were short staffed, out of almost all items I tried to order. Also the lady on the phone was extremely rude and didnt know what ahe was doing.....
Love Pizza King always have always will breadsticks are the bomb will stingy on the cheese some of them you know you got to have cheese for the breadsticks. They should give you a little bit more
Family from out of town came to visit. 18 of us and they were so good to us. Waitress and manager worked hard to service us and make us feel welcome. Very much appreciated.
Short staffed but still great service. The single server there was polite and accommodating.
