My one topping pizza took nearly 2 hours, was overcooked, and my 3/4 baked bread sticks were well done. The kid's chicken fingers were fine. I paid $45.00 and was very disappointed.
People in our area of Indiana, grew up on Pizza King Pizza ?. Myself, I like the way that they cut the Pizza. The Pizza's are good, and the salads are good... haven't tried anything else.
I ordered a pizza and received the wrong pizza an hour and a half later. I called them and they said they would correct the order, I called them again an hour later, they told me they was working short and had a 100 orders on the screen so I cancelled the order and was told I would have to wait 48+ hours for a refund. pretty sad way to do business, they have lost me as a customer

This place on 12th St doesn’t even deserve a star! We were here Wednesday, 24 Nov in the afternoon and only three tables were occupied. It took 35-40 minutes to get our food, the waitress was HORRIBLE and slow!!! She needs to learn several things about being a waitress; hustle, never wait for your customers to ask for a refill and NEVER lean over someone’s food to hand someone a drink..it’s rude and unsanitary.It was way too hot in there we were suffocating. No restaurant should be that hot inside. Needless to say..WE WILL NOT RETURN!!!
We decided to try the PK on West Memorial because we were told they have the best crust because they make their own dough. We had bread sticks , a royal feast pizza and cherry cokes. The bread sticks were delicious. We always order them 1/2 baked so they aren't overvalued and hard. I could not tell any difference in the dough there and every other Pizza King. Our pizza was ok not great. The ingredients were not spread well so the edges were just tomato paste and very hard. I wish I had taken pictures so you could see and our pizza had very little cheese except maybe 3 slices. The dinning room was clean, our server did a fantastic job, the music was too loud and not our choice. I suggest going to a different PK.

I would say my visit was so so . I went in and ordered a sub wrap up with no onions and 2 bread sticks and 3 cheese cups and it came up to $24!!! Like wth . I paid and left for 20 mins and came back and they couldn't find my order until someone else seen my receipt and said it would be ready in 20 mins. Well I finally got my order and got home and I had onions on my wrap ? . So I called the store and the manager was extremely extremely nice and understanding and apologized 100 times . He said he would replace it whenever I wanted it. I don't know his name but he definitely deserves a raise. His customer service was through the roof and I really really appreciated him. I wish I knew his name
