Don't get pizza from Pizza Hut very often - and may not ever again after today (at least not from this one). After getting home from picking up my order (2 large 3-topping pizzas), one was completely missing a topping, and the other had hardly any pepperoni on it (like 1-2 pieces per slice). But they more than made up for it with the sausage, where it looks like they threw a couple handfuls on it. Had to pick off most of it. Stick with Papa John's

Pizza had no sauce to speak of. Crust was doughy and undercooked. Pizza was lukewarm when it arrived. Was over priced for less than stellar food. Terrible. Domino's Pizza from the 90's was better, and that speaks volumes when it comes to Ketchup and plastic cheese on cardboard.I have had better frozen pizzas.

After waiting 15 minutes past promised yime the whole top of the crust was raw!! Manager pretty much calling me a liar. He said " well we've sent out 40 pieces since yours and nobody else has called to complain" that just really offended me because Mom and I was sick that's why we wasn't cooking tonight and going to get a pizza and I said why would I lie about it if it was cooked I would be eating it? And he said it two or three other times. He would not deliver us a fresh pizza quickly because we got it at carry out to begin with all he offered for our gas to come over there and get a new pizza was the breadsticks and Pizza Hut breadsticks are the nastiest breadsticks of any pizza place anywhere!

Stopped in today to treat ourselves and it was not disappointing ,service was great,we had the bread sticks which were delicious with marinara sauce, we both have different tastes so husband got his meat lovers and I got the Supreme also delicious, we have plenty of leftovers but so worth it, we sure will be back again when we crave a pizza

Since it’s been under new management it is definitely way better then it has been now I don’t even hesitate I just order from here.

Pizza Hut is definitely struggling in this area. They are majorly under-staffed, but the guys working here today don't give their best effort.

every single time we order from this location they manage to find some new way to dismally fail us. we had hoped that our bad experiences were flukes, but unfortunately that doesnt seem to be the case. i hope to god they have an issue with their oven and their management is just too apathetic or incompetent to get it fixed because theres no other reasonable explanation why four out of the five pizzas we've gotten here were raw. this most recent order was the last we'll be making. In addition to being raw it was also half-devoid of toppings. they offered us a remake, and when that got here, it looked like the box had been folded in half and tossed unceremoniously onto the ground in front of the apartment door. now, i'm well aware that this is pizza hut, and i dont expect silver platters or anything, but this location seems to have ZERO standards for how they prepare and deliver food. all we ask for is a pizza this is not raw or beaten up, and this location has proven to us that they cannot deliver that.On top of that when we called in, the general manager caught an attitude as if it was our fault that they had messed our order up. seriously? if you had done your job right the first (or even second!) time, we wouldnt have to call in.If you want pizza, go to literally anywhere else. if nowhere else is open, go for burgers instead.

This particular Pizza Hut is very consistent and exactly what you'd expect from the franchise.

Pizzas were terribly undercooked yet filled with grease, tried calling multiple times and they picked up and immediately hung up the phone.

Wasn’t going to be “that guy” but it looks like I’m justified after reading the reviews. PH’s wings (not this location) came recommended to me by a friend. Only reason I went. You’ll see my “5 breadsticks” pictured. They pulled apart in large chunks, the crack in the middle of the one single large piece of bread is an air bubble. They were 30% hollow inside and crunchy. Traditional wings were grossly overcooked, dry, tiny and tasted like months old oil. Two of the eight boneless wings were literally the breading that had fallen off other wings. Could have fed my entire family at the Mexican restaurant for the cost of this afternoon snack for myself. Only thing I will give them is speed of service curbside, and the 6 actual boneless wings being decent.
