The only thing I've had a bad experience with is watching the manager sit on their a** doing nothing and checking their phone while the ONE worker inside ran around trying to do everything. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for the poor girl to get my food to me. Everything else was fine. I'm just sick of seeing lazy a** managers yelling at everyone when you hardly see them help.
The pizza was very dry and unedable. Usually I get great pizza don't know what happened 30$ down the drain.
Pizza Hut has been very good to Action for Animals! They allow us to use one of their rooms to have our board meetings and we usually order a variety of menu items! The Cinnabon Minis are wonderful!
Always reliably good pizza. We do Book It with our kid and those personal pans are the only pizza she will ever eat.
Pizza Hut is my absolute favorite pizza place! Pizza Hut pizzas have the best flavor and texture out of all other pizza places, and it seems to be the most filling. The issue is the prices go up quite quickly from taxes, and we have had to get less than what we originally wanted.
This pizza was horrible! It got done and delivered so fast, I should’ve known something was wrong. Pizza was soggy and covered with so much cheese, you couldn’t even enjoy it! I didn’t ask for a cheese lovers pizza, so why so much cheese!!! The chicken Alfredo pasta had little to no sauce or chicken, and the noodles were hard! Got a phone call from Abby I believe who attempted to follow up on this disgusting order and she was rude as hell! Thanks for making things better! NOT!! Almost $40 wasted!
When the pizza is made right its really good! Before they got rid of the seasoned crust (Hut favorite) when made right WAS hands down my favorite pizza!
Great place to eat. Pizzas are always done right. The drive up window makes carry-out a breeze. They're remodeling at the Wheeling Ave location can't wait to check it out.
I ordered my food at 9pm and didn’t receive my food until 11:30 pm at night. The cheese of the pizza was stuck to the top of the boxes and my wings were dry with no sauce on them and I didn’t even receive my p’zone. I called to have it refunded because when I called the manager to see where my food was she said if something is wrong with it then she couldn’t deliver it back to me because it was too late. I said I ordered at 9pm and I paid for delivery and she said it was too bad that they only had one driver. Then when I requested a refund she said it wasn’t in their policy to give refunds. So I was stuck without my p’zone which was my food and then some cheese less dry wings and being still hungry with no other place open. I would have given a zero if I could. I’m pretty sure it’s the manager at this location because she kept saying so what and she didn’t care. It’s sad there’s no customer service anymore. And since when did pizza places stop giving refunds that’s new to me. But later in our conversation she said she wasn’t trained how to give a refund and she didn’t know how. But if she’s the manger how is that managing a place when u don’t know how to provide customer service and you argue with the customer and blame missing food and messed up old food on having one driver. Doesn’t add up. The driver didn’t seem in much of a hurry to get the orders out either. Very sad and disappointed that me and my children went to bed hungry.
