Drinks were great! Customer service was great! Dining was clean! Drive through was pretty fast! But it was surprisingly loud inside... if the music was turned down just a tiny bit, then I would've given it 5 stars. But otherwise, great place!

Hello I went to the Muncie Panera Bread on and ordered an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and they did not give me the right dressing it was an oily one.
Place was not well kept. Crumbs everywhere, bathroom floors looked like they have been moped with dirty water and the grout was not clean. The walls were scuffed and overall needs a face-lift. The condiments for the coffee was empty and the food was just ok. Not likely to return.
We ordered food using the self checkout. Food was ready very quickly and excellent! Great experience!

Use to love eating at Panera but the last few times I have gotten food from there I have been very disappointed. I ordered the pick 2 with Turkey sandwich, broccoli soup with a baguette. The baguette was burnt on the bottom and hard a rock. Turkey sandwich consisted of just cheese and turkey...no lettuce, or tomato on it. I tried to order the ham and swiss sandwich but they don't carry it anymore so I tried to order the turkey and swiss...they don't have swiss cheese either. Total disappointment. To top it off the prices have gone up yet the food is worse. Won't be back to the Muncie one again. I use to eat there at least once a week. :(
