I always have great experiences here but the people who worked the evening shift tonight were amazing! They were so nice and welcoming and I asked for extra mushrooms and the person in the kitchen accidently read it as no mushrooms..which was fine it happens, and they were willing to remake it but I was fine just getting the side of it lol. They even cooked it with the Japanese pan sauce that I got which I was greatful for because I wasn't expecting them to do all of that. They definitely go above and beyond with their work ethics and the food and service was the best in my opinion!
This location is my new favorite. I like how well the employees are doing to care for we customers. Food came out quickly and was hot and showed quality.
My first time - I ordered 4 dishes to take out. They didn't have the right noodles for one of the dishes, which wasn't a big deal as they didn't include that dish. I guess they decided to make a substitution without asking. What I brought home was a horrid combination of sweet, spicy, and oily. And that was the good part. ?
Service was great and our food was carry out - once we got home 45 min later our food was still warm and fresh and our proportions were significantly pleasing! I had left overs which has never happened when I've eaten there before! Altho we did carry out we did use the restrooms and observe the cleanliness of those and the restaurant and it was a stocked and clean facility. It's easily becoming one of my most fave places to eat! I love the pesto cavatapi!! I get it without the crusted parmesian chicken but my s/o gets extra in his dish! And the Mac and cheese as a side- it's delicious also!❤️
Good food. Portions seemed smaller. Served in plastic take out container. At one time they served in a ? bowl.
It's a shame that in-house dining has to unpack their order like it's to-go. Otherwise? The staff was pleasant and food good as expected.
I have went here for years, but the quality has been declining recently. Particularly the protein seems to be lower quality. I would not recommend this location.
My daughter and her two friends ate at the Muncie, IN location for dinner this evening. One of her friends ordered the BBQ Chicken Mac and Cheese. As she was eating she bit into a bone. She went up to the counter and told the people working there. They didn't offer much help. The gal sat back down with her friends. Once she had returned to her seat all three gals could hear the three employees (2 male and one female) talking about the situation, actually making fun of her. One employee stated should expect a bone in her meal its chicken. The gal felt humiliated, made fun of and ran out of the restaurant. She never wants to eat there again. I would like those three employees to realize what that had done to this girl and how it made her feel. These employees were rude to say the least. It is unbelievable how people treat others, not less employees of this business.
Has the Korean bbq beef noodles. I drove about 30 minutes before eating. It was kinda dry, but i feel like that was on me for not eating it right away. The flavor was really good though
Great experience here! My friend and I brought in 4 hangry ? kids 2,3,4 and 6! They got the food out fresh and fast! The awesome guy at the counter even said he had kids and completely understood! Thank you for great food and service!
