Stopped taking online orders 1 hour before they closed. I had to drive down there to place the order and then when I got home the order was not made correctly. What we did get done correctly was good.
Sorry but it’s just not good. The whole store is very run down and everything looks gross like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade. Even worse the burrito I got was almost flavorless.The staff there are working hard but they need some help. Can’t recommend.
Friendly staff, great food and even my 2yr old liked it...especially his cookie. The food was fresh and had great flavor and about average price for these times we're in. I'll definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family!
Good "Build your own Burrito" restaurant. Bowls, burritos, tacos, or quesadillas. Subway-like in choose your own ingredients. Prices may be just a touch above expected.
I have never had problems with Moe's before but this time when I ordered it even though the receipt on the bag has the correct order. What I got was not correct. I did have it delivered so I did not see them make it.
It's a hit or miss experience. Their portion sizes are horribly inconsistent to the point of sometimes not even getting any meat at all to a proper East L.A. fat boi burrito. Also the grilled peppers and onions are almost always under cooked, which is great if you like raw peppers
So my wife and I had never eaten at Moe's before,we went there on Sunday March 20th 2022 at 1:30pm there were 5 customers in there including us. Not very busy and now I know why. The employees don't wash their hands after touching money,but the very most disgusting part is a employee took trash from the lobby then returned the can with a new bag in it (which is good) but then went back on the line and started cooking without washing her hands. We didn't even eat our meal. The restaurant itself was dirty and sticky. We left, I went back on March 21 2022 to talk to the manger at 11 am when they opened. He was rude as all heck. I just wanted him to know what was going on in his restaurant while he's not there. He tried to give me Moe's bucks but I told him we will never come back.( and we won't) i might even call the health department on them and see if they have the same attitude.
This was our first visit to Moe's and probably will be our last. We used the side entrance by the handicap parking. The floor next to the drink machine was very sticky. The menu was very limited. The food was not very hot. The chips were very greasy, like the oil was not hot enough when cooking. All in all the food was not very good and the place needed a good cleaning.
This place is terrible! It started with the food. I got the homewrecker bowl on a bed of lettuce. Either the lettuce or the sour cream wasn't good. It made my stomach turn. My daughter got a burrito and hers had a sour taste as well. When we told the lady at the counter that something was tasting sour she told the manager, which then came out and wasn't pleasant at all. Instead of trying to find out what was good he instantly said I've at this food and there isn't nothing wrong with it. The floors were so sticky, the condiment stand and drink station was disgusting and sticky.
One of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever stepped foot into! Floors were sticky, the food prep area was gross as well.
