Is always clean in dining area and so far the restrooms have remained spotless as it takes zero seconds to know when a restroom is cancor sore nasty but this McD's seem to take extra care about restroom cleanliness
Love this place! Had to change my review once I seen it was the establishment on Chadam Lane an not the one on Madison. This particular McDonalds has their a**** in gear! I am shocked how quick the drive thru gets them in an out with how many cars they have in their lines. Definitely could show the others especially Madisons place a thing or two on customer service, cleanliness, and timeliness!! Great Job guys!!
The woman who takes orders on the overnight shift is always rude she yells at customers over the speaker and who knows what else she does. Management has been spoken to about her actions. She refuses to give you a receipt or her name so that you can't talk to the district manager about her. Although it has been told to me by the district manager that she knew who we were talking about and something would be done about it.
Probably the best McDonald's I've experienced in Indiana next to the one in Richmond off I-70. Consistently good service, very solid speeds compared to what I've had to deal with elsewhere in this state, and the food is prepared well I'd say 90% of the time minimum. Only disadvantage is this is a very busy place and is also the only place open in this backwater town past like 9 PM, so good luck if you go for it
Pretty good, but this is all the fries I got in a large, and they were cold
This McDonalds has the worse customer service of the 4 restaurants in town. We have spent 20/30 minutes in the drive-thru as doordasher numerous times. today we had a 59 minute wait. If it was an order for me personally I would have pulled away as several cars did tonight. As dashers we don’t need to stop at window to pay as we are strictly picking up our food. I think McDonalds management could think off and implement a new plan for their online orders
This McDonald's is the better one in muncie. Fast with fresh food and good customer service. But everyone knows this so be prepared for long lines on your lunch break.
Food was fresh and quick, but I had to go inside the store because we were missing 2 items.
Service was fairly quick & my food tasted fresh ? that's what matters the most to me when speaking of fast food.
Quick service. Pretty sure they were short staffed and the food was still delivered promptly. Whoever was in the window definitely deserves a raise.
