Waited 25 minutes just for someone to take our order we were the only 2 people in line.... No running water in women's bathroom sink, Dirty inside dining area! If you want a good experience and good service do not go to any McDonald's in Muncie! Go to Nebo the cleanest, friendliest Manager cares about his customers and takes pride in his restaurant!
Food was good, fries were old. But it was during a busy time.
Rude, unprofessional, no care at all to fix the problem...yes that's a screw imprint on the top bun (along with whatever those other marks are) and also the entire order being cold, old, and unacceptable...I guess it was my fault they served it to me that way...manager was wearing someone else's name tag, gave me the wrong number to report what happened, and after trying to reach out the next day, their main manager of the day basically told me to F off because they don't refund...this place needs a complete overhaul of management, it's absolutely ridiculous the way they treat customers...but hey, they're McDonald's, they don't worry about a few people not eating there anymore, because they'll always continue to get that money serving absolute garbage.
Never answered the drive up to take my order but they were taking orders off of the other speaker. Pulled up explain the problem got some lame excuse. Get to the window how do you screw up ordering one vanilla ice cream cone and a hot fudge sundae. I’m handed an ice cream cone that is leaning over in a hot fudge sundae without the hot fudge. How on earth can you figure this out people time to do some re-training
You're lucky if you actually get what you've asked for. ??. Or they are always outa something. Just saying. I still love you McDonald's. I'll still get my favorites but just step up the service a notch.
They didn’t ring us right and when we said we were missing a burger and fry they took like five minutes to only check the receipt and come back and tell us that we didn’t ask for it. We were fine to pay for it but the manager was very standoffish and blamed us for ringing us up wrong.
Went there for fries for my 5yo granddaughter. All I ordered was a drink and 2 fries. They parked me. I was the only one parked. We sat there (in the hot sun) for 9 minutes just for fries! I had to call them just to get the food brought out.
Made us sit in the drive through and didn’t out bacon on a BACON quarter pounder. Very unfriendly staff and overall a very negative experience. Would not recommend this mc Donald’s. The mc Donald’s in Mcgalliard had much better service. Didn’t remember which drink had light ice and was very cold towards us. This is the third time they have majorly messed up a simply order for us. We will not be coming back. Another thing. They need to place friendly staff on the drive through windows. The women that handed us our food was very cold towards us and you could tell she wanted it done and over with ad fast as possible
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. GREAT SERVICE N FOOD. EVERYONE IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. LOVE PIZZA KING IN FARMLAND.!!!
I had to wait 15 mins for my drink. Then once she brought it to me it was the wrong size. And there is no way they put the 2 shots of espresso I paid extra for in it! Waste of time and money!
