Nice and clean and relaxing place to eat. Service was awesome. Reece was the cashier and extremely patient and helpful. That young man has a place in the work force dealing with public. McAllister Deli if Reece is not going to school for something else maybe get him into management and pay for him some school. He is the kind of person that really makes a difference.Thank you for being there today Reece! Great hire.
the soup was the perfect temperature
So we got there 15-20 before closing time. Ordered our food, sat down to eat and the food was cold. One pizza was ice cold. So I took pizza back being hungry we ate the other too late for attitudes. They took the pizza back over the counter ( even with Covid "touched food")Placed it in a microwave in my face. Really then I had to fuss about that. Well long story short kid left hungry and we weren't happy. Before leaving I decided to complain to the manager and she gave us a coupon. They were ready to get out of that place with closing time on the line. Sad situation.
Very nice crew working and food was good and hot. The crew also made rounds checking on us to see if we needed anything. Will come back.
I just received my fruit cup which was half full and my iced tea is not regular iced tea unsweetened. It tastes like fruit. Yuk. For 30.00 on an uber eats order they should at least fill up the fruit cup and give you the right tea. I am not happy. The salad was good, just as ordered and a good portion. The uber driver was nice.
Actually had a decent experience this time. Usually encounter very rude wait staff here as it is spoiled college kids that work here. This time the lady that took our order was respectful, but the one who brought our food was very rude, which is usual for this place. Our order was right and fresh, which is surprising considering any other time we go it's usually wrong.
Such a great experience with this store today! We had ordered our food for pickup and got home and realized some items were missing, called in and was willing to even go back and pick them up, but Mike didn’t hesitate to offer to deliver our missing items to us! He was at our home in no time with our missing items and even some extras!! We were beyond pleased with our experience with this store and Mike today!
