I haven’t been here since before the Pandemic, I ordered my norm a steak grinder and it was absolutely horrible, the steak was has Dry has sand in a beach with no flavor at all and was cold. I called back to let them know I was not pleased and wondered if I should have ordered my meat barely cooked but I was told by the manager Suzanna that there was a different vender providing them their steak products, I was ok with this answer but not the way she “the manager” spoke to me and said to bring back. Ok so are you gonna pay me for my time and money to bring thing cold hard sandwich back, I would have accepted a simple we’re sorry but unfortunately I never got that. I I definitely will not be returning ever !!!
I stopped in today for a sandwich for lunch, and I have to say the restaurant was SWAMPED. Somebody was in every seat, and the line met me at the door. However, things moved incredibly smoothly and quickly. It's due in large part to the staff. The place was PACKED, and every member of the restaurant team looked like they were still having a good time. I could hear jokes, and camaraderie all the while they were turning out good looking food to happy customers. I ordered my sandwich, a custom Hawaiian, with peppers and onions instead of meat. I didn't have to wait long, and I have to say the sandwich was nothing but perfect. Just felt the need to jump on here and say congrats to the crew. You guys are doing good things, and I look forward to more food in the future.
I would of gave 5 stars but they’ve missed the mark on traditional Italian grinders.I ordered a custom grinder of ham, pepperoni, & salami with onions and peppers. I wanted oil but they didn’t have it and offered mayo. Mayo is used in sandwiches not a traditional grinder. Also, the ham was diced and not a slice of ham. So much put into different menu options but lacking traditional grinder ingredients like salt, oil, and sliced ham. And to add to, I was charged $.75 per ingredient I wanted yet they barely added any
The food was great. They have an ice ? cream shop in the next room I wanted to try, but I was too full from the 16" grinder. I should have bought the smaller one. The employees were mostly friendly. I'm a talker and I prefer people who a bit more bubbly and like to smile. The restaurant was clean with a patina feel to it. I will definitely go back.
This place was so much more than expected. Coming down from FW for a IU MD visit, we saw Mancino's! Loving our Northern Mancino's we stopped in for our favorites. Not only did they have our favorites, their menu was soo much more! Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. I am so happy to have found this place because I have to go to Muncie often and it's just nice to still have a "spot" outside of my own hometown.
We love coming in and ordering the grinders, so many to choose from. Prices aren't outrageous and all the food I've had from here so far has been fantastic.
The grinders here are excellent. The place stays busy and operates like a well oiled machine. We go here every time we visit Muncie.
I had not been there for many years. I went for the first time on December 31st. I was not expecting to get pizza that came out of a freezer. I could have gotten to tombstone pizza from Walmart for fraction of the price and got the same quality of what I got from mancino's. Because now I'm not willing to try their sandwiches.
I ordered the Greek salad with extra olives & feta cheese. I paid for extra olives & feta cheese. Of course, I get the order home, absolutely no olives at all and no extra feta. And, to add insult to injury, no dressing. I call Mancinos only to be told that if I wanted to drive the salad back into the restaurant then they would fix my order. Really? Because while my entire family is eating I want to get back in my car and run back a salad for them to fix. There’s a lot more than my salad that you need to fix! Great customer service policy, Jeff Carrigan!
Awesome taco pizza! Kids love the cheese and the staff was super friendly. Almost forgot the ice cream sandwiches, don't you make this mistake..... get them!
