Man I know you get what you pay for so I guess I got that. I got a coney dog meal and the bun was as hard as a rock. My daughter got the corn dog meal and it was warm at best. The only good thing that happened was the free ice cream for my daughter. I tried it and probably won't be back. I hate it because I like to spread the love throughout muncie.
It was dirty and the cashier and MANAGER very very rude!!! Anderson closed and loved eating there. WONT GO BACK TO MUNCIE PLACE AGAIN!!! Hope the owner(s) reads this. Your works are going to drive more and more customers away. So sad:(
We arrived at 8:40. They close the dining room at 9:00 and the drive thru at 9:30. As we stood in the parking lot next to the door saying we should get our food to go so we didn’t keep them from closing the dining room, they ran over and locked the doors. Then when we went to the drive thru they greeted us with “anything you order will take 20 minutes because everything is made fresh.” Obviously the owner is so rich, he doesn’t need his employees to sell food. Luckily Applebee’s is right next door and they have half price appetizers…
We were excited to eat out, doesn't happen often. We ordered, went to fill our drinks, no ice. Went back up front, no one there had to YELL! While doing that I see our order sitting there getting cold and no one has called our number. FINALLY get someone. They take our cups to the back and put some ice in them and say oh yeah that's your order.??Next more customers come in and order and go to get ice. No worker tells them no ice, so I keep telling everyone they will have to go back up front and yell for someone to get them some. Very poor service. Used to be a favorite place. Won't be back.
The staff were great and seemed to enjoy their jobs, the restaurant was clean, the decor/atmosphere was very nice and to top it off, the food was delicious! We will certainly be back the next time we are in the area.
Great food and the root beer floats are to die for. Some of the best cheeseburgers around. No food to take pictures of because it just doesn't last. xD
The food was ok, but the young lady working the counter was more interested in closing tasks. We didn't realize they were closing in 20 minutes. 1st, she was reluctant in giving us cold mugs for the rootbeer and told us,ok but you have to put the mugs in the tub when your done. This was said in a tone that you might use with a disobedient child.As soon as we sat down with our food, she cameby our table to ask if we had sauces because she was taking them because they were closing. Ok, I understand that. What I didn't understand was she closed and broke down the beverage station as well without saying anything so we were unable to get a refill. A man with his family at another table went up to the counter and asked if he could get her to refill his drink from the back since the station in the dining room was closed. She told him,very unapologetically, it's closed too. We shut them down at 5 minutes to closing. Well, I worked in restaurants for 25 years and I know she could have put a nozzle cap on and refilled his drink with very little trouble. Better yet, she could have let customers know that she needed to shut them down and given everyone a chance to get a refill. These people didn't realize it was closing time either. I like Long John Silvers but I will not be returning. I can spend my money somewhere that appreciates their customers. I know what it's like at the end of your shift and you're ready to go but her attitude was a problem. Don't go if it's close to closing time.
10/10 fast food. Little expensive but still cheaper than McDonald's. Best root beer around.
I love their fish. Crabcakes not very tasty. Very friendly service
Fish was hot and fresh ?. And the girl at the window was very nice
