Terrible experience at this location. Front cashier lady was very rude and had to sit and wait on help to get my pizza out of the portal because someone put it in the wrong slot.
Never staffed and the staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. Was charged over $4 for sauces but never get charged.
It was decent. Got the 5.00 lunch box. Pizza wasnt put together well. Kinda sloppy, skimpy on the toppings, mostly sauce.
They need to remove all signs and promotion that says not and ready. I have not been able to walk in and get pizza and walk out in months. Cheese, pepperoni, and bread sticks. Last time they had 2 orders in and said they couldn't take any more. Kept telling us it would take 25 minutes which I was like ok, but then they would take our orders. So I and another guest left. The order taker just stood there while other worked. She couldn't take orders .....then why couldn't she help get caught up with the 2 orders. Which I have never had happen before.
Multiple times I've ordered from here only to have them cancel the order AFTER I show up because they're out of something. Tonight I had a pickup order to be ready 27 minutes after ordering. 4 minutes before my pickup time, they cancelled it. I was already in the parking lot. No consolation, nothing. SOL, wait another 30 mins for another order or leave. That's just unacceptable. Picture is where my pizza would be.... IF I HAD ANY.
Ordered a pizza with no banana peppers and no cheese, got banana peppers AND cheese + got half completely unbaked and raw. There were four people working, and it was busy, but the lady working the register came out and yelled at everyone that there would be a 45 minute wait and does anyone REALLY WANT to order? Just Terrible. ?
The front counter chick was amazing! It was her first day on the register and she did a great job!!
Been my go to fastfood since they was in the Kmart. I was a kid then. Plus even if your buying 2 pizzas to feed the family...its the cheepest way to go. Calories are nessesary and needed. Idk if I am the only person who thinks about how hard they are to find. lol but really no lol.
If you’ve ever ordered DoorDash from this place you know they don’t care about customer service. I just got off of the phone with the general manager who hung up on me. It’s a miracle these retards can even get to work they can’t even get a meal with only three items in it correct.
The staff couldn't take orders because music with foul language and they were on phone more than working and very rude when I asked for my pizza they said would be up in 15min.and it had already had been almost 45 minutes and it's only the one on Walnut and McGalliard
