Ordered a chicken sandwich, waited 20 minutes chicken was cold. So why did I have to wait? Husband's order not complete and no receipt.
Very good..the drive thru girl was great the past 3 times I have went..keep it up kfc!!

Great chicken place cause Muncie don't have a Popeyes chicken. KFC isn't bad. Family likes it.
Store ever gets my order correctly on doordash or in store they always never give biscuits and don’t fill the drink to full this location needs serious work with its staff
This place is a joke I went here about a hour before they closed and got a famous bowl and every piece of chicken in I was ard as a rock I called and manage was quick to get mt off phone no I didn want a free food I want u guys to make some fresh food
The chicken was not fresh at all. I was not happy with the helps additide due to wanting All breasts. I told them I could wait the 30 minutes I was told it would take. It did not take 30 minutes only like 15 but. The chicken was not fresh at all. i got 4 biscuits and was charged just about $4. For them. I was told to call in advance next time and gave me the phone number. Every bad experience at this store. All other KFC,s have always been very good and I get the same thing all the time. Bad experience. Sorry but true.
Todays experience was really bad. All of the chicken was overfried and hard. The biscuits were overcooked, dry and were like hockey pucks. They shorted us an order of popcorn chicken and the one we did was like trying to eat buckshot (small & overcooked). We tried calling the store about 20 times only to have it ring and ring then disconnect. So it was a very big disappointment and a very costly meal ($50).
Ordered a 3 piece box, got 1 side of the 2 sides, the biscuit, they didnt even ask what kind of chicken or sides, nothing. Guy seemed dumbfounded when I was like doesnt this come with stuff, he stated it but didnt understand why I was like aggravated. Not sure if I want to order from here again. Cant reccomend off my experience.
I literally got the most burnt chicken and the non-cheesiest macaroni. I'm sick to my stomach having to LOOK at this chicken bro. Big dawg is NOT impressed. Also get rid of those god forsaken vegan nuggets, it's not even edible.
