I swear I have a bad experience every time I come here. Starts in the drive-through nobody in the drive-through nobody inside I waited five minutes for somebody to talk to me and I have to repeat my order three separate times because they’re too busy talking then when I get up to the window they’re out of biscuits which is fine whatever but I get my food all the way home and my meal was completely wrong I ordered extra crispy didn’t get extra crispy and the chicken that they did give me is extremely old and extremely dry I will never recommend this KFC this is got to be the worst one in Muncie
My Pops waited in line for a long time and didn't hear anything. He eventually said something, was told to hold on. He waited and cars started to line up, the person in the car behind him became impatient.My Pops said "I don't know what's going on."The person there, a man, said"I'LL TELL YOU WHAT'S GOING ON!" And raised his voice at my Pops.It went on, and my Pops asked a couple of questions about his order.The guy gave him the food after a while, and it tasted old, dusty, mildewy. The chicken was hard, the french fries were hard and cold too, and his stomach has hurt since.0/10 customer service. Don't treat your customers that way, I don't care what is going on.If you're short staffed close for the day.Ridiculous.Go to the other KFC's nearby for better customer service and more quality food.
If you are thinking about going to this KFC slap your self in the face and then turn around and never think about it again. From the order process to the food everything is chaotic, disorganized and horrible. I have never had a good experience here after giving them a few tries.
I have been here twice in 6 months, the first time the food was horrible and the second time it was cold, overcooked and stale. Head office don't even bother to respond. So, if you want to fork out big money for decent food, stay well away from this one.
Always seems short staff. The wait is pretty ridiculous for a fast food joint. And when you finally place your order you have 50% chance that its wrong.
Ordered food from the drive through becuase dining in was closed. Was told "3 and half minutes wait on the fries, pull up and we will bring your food out to you." Pulled up and waited for almost 10 minutes before knocking on the door for the workers to hold up their pointer finger telling me to hold on longer. They finally brought my food to me, only to look in the bag and find out my biscuits and honey sauce were missing. Had to go back and tell them so i could get the rest of my food. Drove all the way home before i opened my sandwich bag, that was suppose to have spicy chicken, had regular chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst fast food experience.
Was served old chicken on my chicken sandwich today. The sad thing is that I came here after Burger King messed up my order. I didn't have time to eat at home today due to being out all day and needed something fast. Coming to learn the the fast food industry in Muncie sucks. I've learned my lesson.
My husband went to buy dinner.a little before 4pm today. He got 4 mashed potato bowl and wanted a side of gravy. He was told he could not purchase a side of gravy
They like to tell you no you can't have what you want to order. workers are lazy especially at shift change. They would rather tell the customer NO instead of making more.
Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food was great ?. I ordered the new spicy chicken ? sandwich. The chicken patty was thick enough to make you think it was cut right off the chicken ? ?. I would have preferred it to be spicier ( I love spicy foods), but it was spicy enough.
