I love Jimmy John's; it's literally the best place in Muncie to get subs. Can earn points and order online. Always great service!
Beautiful place inside, friendly staff, great food as always.
Don't do it. Ended up with a hair in one of my sandwiches and a hair in the cookies. Went through drive-through and when I called they didn't seem to care at all.
The bread was awful. Normally the bread is the best part. It is getting expensive but what isn't now a day. I wish they would put more ingredients in the sandwich like meat where it wouldn't cost you an arm and a leg.I want to do a follow up. The corporate office reached out and were very concerned and asked for more detail. They I believe reached out to the local store manager to address the above situation. I have not heard back. Not that I need to hear back hopefully they fix the quality and turn back into the Jimmy John's that is more like the one on Ball State's campus. This one is awesome.
Food is fresh and store is very clean.

Ordered through door dash and got the notification that the order was completed an HOUR after I ordered it but I still hadn’t received my order. I called and they insisted it was delivered but reluctantly agreed to send another order. Waited another 45 minutes and didn’t receive my order again. A neighbor finally came to my door with my order that was left on their doorstep in the rain. So needless to say my order was delivered to the wrong address, sopping wet, and delivered by my neighbor, NOT the delivery person. I will say that I only received the one order as well. Contactless delivery is fine but you are supposed to KNOCK on the door so the food is not left in the rain. This is unacceptable service and I have never had problems with have food delivered to my apartment like this before
