They must have changed the recipes slightly, i ordered the big steak omlette, and it was much better than usual, the banana pancakes were really good too. Service was punctual and friendly, helpful too when I asked a question about subbing an item in my order.
We came in with a large party (11) and the manager immediately made us feel like family. The server was so nice and polite, even with all of our substitutions, add-one, etc. The food was what you’d expect from IHOP, but the service was outstanding!
Family and I came in tonight, hadn’t been there in quite a while. There were 6-8 tables of customers and 3 servers. After waiting a few minutes (nobody else waiting to be seated) we were seated. About 5 minutes later, another family was seated at the booth closest to us. A few minutes later, a family of 8 came in and were seated. After being seated for 10 minutes, the server that seated is came and took the drink order of the family in the booth by us. A couple minutes later, another server came out to take the dunk order of the family of 8. I told my family that it was time for us to go somewhere else since we were obviously not going to get waited on. We then went to the restaurant I wanted to go to in the first place and left our normal 25% tip that the servers at IHOP missed out on. I had heard it had went downhill, and now I have my proof, done with that place!!
Never disappointed..great staff great breakfast/comfort food. Always adding something new even though I end up ordering the same thing ?. 5 stars because I can't remember when I was disappointed or why ? and their blueberry pancakes are the next best since my Grandma Jama's.. ?
Not my first choice to eat at. The quality food and cleaning is horrible. Don't sanitize like they should. Sat and waited two hours for food. "We're swamped with door dash" was told. Don't you think you would do both at same time. Not just focus on inside sales or online orders. McDonald's don't just do drive thru. Than inside orders. No organization at all. What would you expect from under paid franchise.
need to train servers better. waited to order our food sat 15 minutes. waitress walked be numerous times never took our order. another gentleman came in and see took his order never coming back to our table. terrible service.
Breakfast was very good. My grand daughter had a large breakfast and loved it all. It was hot when she got it all also. I myself had the turkey melt which I found delicious but too large to eat it all. I only ate half the sandwich and a few fries. I definitely would buy it again.
Over the years I have had sub par experiences at this location. With that being said my past few visits have improved. This particular visit our waitress was Nikia. She was the best waitress that we have had there. We never waited for drinks, she asked for refills several times, she came and checked on our table in a timely manner. Just on top of everything all around.
My pancake didn't have enough banana on it. Rest of the food was great. The hashbrowns was nice and crispy. My eggs cooked like I like it. My bacon was a nice crispy
The food was okay. Customer service was average and they forgot my our youngest food. She had to wait about 20 minutes after our food came out.
