I don't know how this place is still open! They have really went downhill! At first sight walking in, there was trash and random debris was all over the floor. After a rush this would be understandable...but then the food came. The lasagna platter I was served was over cooked and had hard pieces all thru it and Alfredo sauce had been spread underneath my entree! So gross! Every piece of pasta on my husband's ultimate sampler platter was dry, overcooked and completely uneditable!(I would assume this was from over microwaving.) The bread sticks (which were why I came) were cold, and super chewy; completely unappetizing and disgusting the very minute they were delivered to the table! The lemonade tasted like it was made of sewer water, which I am positive was due to the soda machine being in need of an intense past due cleaning! I immediately took it to the cash register where I was given a refund. I was shocked at how a much loved family favorite had turned into an episode of kitchen nightmares!Why has the health department not checked this place out yet?
We had supper at Fazoli's today and I had the chicken bacon ranch salad which was larger then I expected but quite delicious..especially the warm croutons..yum. I had to bring the rest home. My grand daughter had the chicken broccoli Alfredo and a side salad and it was WAY MORE then she could eat and she is an adult..plus we had the wonderful bread sticks. She brought her supper home too. For the price Fazoli's is the place to eat.
I'll start by saying that it seemed like they were much busier than usual, but the service overall was just really not good. There were no utensils or straws stocked, usually there would be breadsticks brought put before the meal and then someone would check to see if you wanted more, none of that happened, we had to go to the counter and ask for the breadsticks. It also just seemed like the employees there were miserable.
Fresh food,Brett was very helpful with the new convince of self check ordering system. I was stuck on the ordering system, and she jumped in and was very helpful. The kitchen staff could use improvement on customer communications! Still I believe this was one of my best Fazolis experience.
Food wasn't very warm but looked appealing. Store needed sprused up had stuff all over the floor. But it was nearly closing time and I know they are short staffed.
Now just got the food and the meatballs have no flavor, Walmart white cheese on it. The wings, too small to even be put on a menu, bought this all for 14$ could make a better and bigger meal for 10$ at my house never eating here againP.s here is photos of the wings and meatballs
It was my 1st time here. My son and I dined in. It was very dirty! The soda area was nasty! The floors nasty! Bathroom was nasty! Pizza was hard like it sat for a long while. Soda tasted bad. Breadsticks were ok.
Fazoli's is normally the last place that I would chose get a meal from...BUT I had a gift card. A $20 gift card allowed me to purchase A Thursday Family special that included: 1 Family Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, 1 Family Fettuccine Alfredo, 1 order of (6) Breadsticks and "ANOTHER ONE" - order of Breadsticks, and a Family Side Salad. All for $19.changeI was not disappointed by any means, the food was DELICIOUS - Especially, the Bread sticks with meat Sauce or alfredo...Watch out O.G.!! Most importantly, my kids ate and enjoyed the food!Also, my order was ready on time and the young lady at the window was very kind!I can say that I would gladly spend my own money to try again soon!
I love Fazoli's, but it feels like the procedure changes every time I go. Do I ask for bread sticks or will they come around to my table? Do I buss my own table or not? I need some kind of check list.
I was there with my daughter. We were going to eat in our usual section but tables were not clean and the floor was nasty, too much food and trash. The larger area that we are in was much better. We were waited on quickly and served fast. They brought us out 6 bread sticks each but we could tell they were not fresh. We prefer the old way were they come around often and offer hot, soft and freshly baked breadsticks. I had chicken carbonara and daughter had chicken pesto and Caesar Salad. . the waitress brought out the salad with no dressing or croutons . Daughter had to go up from and ask for those items. Over all I would say they need to do much better. It will be a long time before we go there again. Meals were reasonably priced , mine was near $ 12. Her was a little more because she had salad.
