Six of us stopped in to grab a bite of lunch during a break from putting a church rummage together. They have a terrific selection of food . What some of us were after was something light and they have a "2 for $5" or a "3 for $7"...very nice meals if you just want something light. The place was clean and staff was friendly.
So cold inside about froze trying to eat. The waitress had a sweatshirt on in the dead of summer. Someone needs to address the issue. Won't be going back.
Everytime we get ice cream here it's soft like coolwhip. It's not frozen.
It seemed pretty slow. They were out of chocolate ice cream which is why my wife wanted us to stop there. When we got to the window they did the upside down blizzard thing and threw my blizzard on the ground.
These ladies that work at Madison they're always so sweet they take there time for the orders always correct yes they deserve an outstanding five
Employees are very polite and always smiling. My brother and I get a Blizzard once a week.

I just ordered two blizzards here, and despite always being a polite customer, I ended up the butt of some strange teen joke.... One was an Oreo Dirt Pudding Blizzard, and one was an Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Blizzard. The first came devoid of Oreo, instead having large chocolate chips... It's horrible, that's unacceptable. I was not warned of a lack of ingredients, or substitution. So that's pretty bad, but wait, it gets much worse... The second blizzard is packed full... Of gummy worms... Upon calling and calmly explaining that my order must have been chalked... This kid tells me both were supposed to come with gummy worms... Never again...
I tried to order a fish sandwich. The lady at the drive up detoured me like it was a problem to order, told me it's going to be 8 minutes which I would have not cared then I ask about cheese curds, she said 3 minutes. To me it was rude. Just make it and when I get to the window like some other drive ups have me to pull forward. I only ended up with a blizzard. I WOULD HAVE WAITED.
