If I owned this franchise, I would be so disappointed in the appearance of my restaurant. My grandson and I stopped in mid morning for an early lunch 11:14 a.m. when getting the lid for our drinks there was a build up of crud on the lid dispenser. We passed on a lid. All booths were dirty and a build up of food laying between the cushions and the back of the seats. A build up of dirt and food laying behind the booths on the corner. I would hate to see what’s behind the other booths. There was a stench of old burnt oil lingering in the restaurant. We were not impressed. The only good thing about our visit was the kind employees. I hope that someone of authority reads this post and takes the initiative to clean this restaurant up.
My daughter and I went in for ice cream on mother's day and she had to send her banana split back twice. Instead if starting over, they served her a melted boat of a mess. It still wasn't right but she kept it so it didn't get worse. They weren't even busy and it took them forever. We cleaned off our own table. Looks like no one felt like working this day.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and there were only a few cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. I ordered fries and a chocolate malt - it was ready very quickly and was delicious! Service was wonderful - everyone I interacted with was wonderful.
Worst hamburgers, 1st, they were burnt and the 2nd one didn't have the tomatoes, which I was charged for. Fries were cold. Totally disappointed, especially when this was my first ever time there and I was told, "I'd love it." When you're on a strict budget and you do splurge, you really want it to count. Not sure about going back there.

Culvers has the best and freshest fast food in town. It is always so clean in the dining area. They can't be beat.
Great service and courteous employee and just wish they had chicken pieces ie legs, thighs and wings. Overall great place for lunch or dinner!!!
I love how creamy and delicious their concrete mixes (their frozen custard) are.But honestly I've only ever had that type of menu item ?
