I ordered a pizza and when it didn't show up after 2 hours I called, to which I was told it was on it's way. Then a your later I called again. To be told the drive hadn't come back to get the pie yet. Called back 45 minutes later to be told it was on it's way. Then they stopped answering the phone. Needless to stay I never get my pizza. Then the next day when I called management brushed me off like it was no big deal.
This place has awesome specialty pizzas, great bread sticks and good hoagies and pastas! I think all of their food is good and lately they've been getting all of my orders 100 correct too. Most of the time deliveries are quick but sometimes it's busy or a delivery driver calls off or something but overall it's a great pizza place with some unique food options.
I use get food from them a lot then I haven’t ordered for a long time and I wish I didn’t order from them again and def not going to in the future I spent $53.00 on wings and a cookie they did not put any sauce what so ever on my hot wings it’s ridiculous food was dry as hell without sauce I’d rather go to Greeks pizza any day than order from this place again they r way better! Please don’t waste ur money here unless u want nasty food…
I've not been one to try new things often, but Cousin Vinny's Pizza was one that just fell on me by a nice man sharing his own pizza with me and I've been wanting to try my own pizza from here since. Once I did it was just as good as before and is worth having again for as long as you can.
Last trip was good. Pick up ordering is cheap but they got a messes up delivery fee. It screws the driver out of a tip. Plus I heard some of the workers don't get paid on time. If so I'd slap the taste out of someone's mouth.
So we order pizza on Christmas and instead of telling us it would take 2 hours they said 30 minutes!!! Just because you want business!!! No matter how good the pizza is we won’t be going back!!!
We love Cousin Vinny's pizza!! When my boys wanted pizza, we have actually had it on Christmas several times!!! :)
