Burritos were made correctly but lots of grizzly pieces of chicken and with cartilage that couldn’t be chewed. Yuck! Also lots and lots of cilantro added for an overwhelmingly cilantro taste in every bite. Fine for me but not everyone enjoys the flavor. I’ll be going back to QDOBA next time.
Staff was friendly, food was enjoyable. Rice was slightly dry, not enough cilantro. Steak was good. Just a couple of tables were dirty but most were clean. Overall, pleasant first time experience for the restaurant specifically as well as my first time ever at a Chipotle.
First time visiting the restaurant at this location (had a gift card) and immediately confused by the "Chipotlane". Is it a drive thru? Online order pickup? Since I didn't want to wait in the line to find out, I pulled into a spot and tried to use the website to order a salad. Got through the site after a few failed attempts only to be blocked by the payment portion - I couldn't use my gift card. Ended up walking into the restaurant, but the door on the side where I parked was locked. Had to walk around the building. Then paid $9 for a barely-there salad with the last remnants of lettuce in the container. Can't say I'm excited to go back and use the remaining money on the gift card.
Very similar to Qudoba, Moe's, and Chavas. Chipotle seems to love using cilantro as a seasoning as their differentiating flavor, so if you love the taste of that it's great!Flavor was a tad overbearing after a while, and the prices were slightly higher than we would've liked. A few tables were dirty (there's not many in this building) so seating choices were fairly limited. Staff were friendly and food turnaround time was low.Overall a good experience we're likely to try again on occasion.
My husband and I came here with our niece and all three of us got very sick a few hours later. 8 hours later and we are still not feeling well. I never ate anywhere that made everyone I ate with sick before…
Food a was good ?. Service was friendly. But tables were nasty. They were dirty on my last visit as well.
Sadly tables were wiped but streaky with crumbs. Wanted fresh chips and the line moved quick but there were already 10+ bags waiting to go and I didn’t see any more added within 5 mins, so walked out. I got fresh chips in the drive-thru a few weeks ago and they were amazing, but the tables made me not wait this time…
My steak was very tough and full of gristle, but the manager made it up to me, so that makes me want to give it another try!!! That is great!!! Customer relations
I had high hopes going to my first Chipotle now that it came to Muncie. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Food wasn't that good and was definitely overpriced for what you got. The seating area is uncomfortable and parking lot is small and hard to get in and out of. What you get for the money is much less than what is provided by Qdoba or Moe's.
The girl who made my burrito clearly wasn’t trained well on how to make one, and put way too big of portions on it-so much that she had to grab a second tortilla to fold it up. I’m happy I got a little extra but this thing was a sloppy mess and impossible to eat without a knife and fork. I asked for a side of salsa verde and that was never bagged. Thanks a lot chipotle! ? Surely she deserves $15 an hour ☺️
