Two of us arrived in the early afternoon and had to wait on the hostess to come to the front. She said just a minute but never came back. They were NOT BUST AT ALL. Then a young man came and told us he would check to see if there was a table "AVAILABLE "...LIKE REALLY?? It was about empty..tables everywhere.....our time to get our orders was what we thought was too long. I had a burger and my gr. Daughter had quasadillas ....UNREAL.
I am very surprised at how much this restaurant has went downhill it absolutely needs to have a deep cleaning when we sit down our legs literally stuck to the seat. I was taking my daughters out for a lunch date and I just know everywhere is understaffed but I also know that I am paying more and to not even get a refill not even be asked for a refill and to have cold food and not even catch up fried fries it’s just a it’s just a bummer because I really love the food but my salad even was brown I just hope that this is just maybe some thing that will catch the managers eye and that they can work to improve on things in the future that one girl was likn
After numerous visits with good service and good food each time at a reasonable price, we were very disappointed by our most recent visit. We arrived there shortly after 11AM and did not get out until almost 1PM. Tomorrow is our 52nd anniversary. We brought our son and a friend for a celebration luncheon. We didn't tell anyone the reason for the meal. This was a meal we will never forget. The waitress --don't know her name--brought menus, silverware and napkins. She gave us a few minutes to decide. On the first order, she had 3 questions. She said it was only her 3rd day on the floor with a new menu. This menu was unchanged in the last few months we have been going there. During training (if she had any) she must have failed miserably. She had a question on all 4 orders. When we finally received our order, everything came at once. We thought appetizers and salad would be before the main course. We had barely enough room on our table for everything. During the time we were there the manager came to apologize for the confusion and she would take care of it. I had ordered the mini dessert at the same time I ordered my meal. I was really looking forward to it. Before we finished eating a lady at an adjoining booth told us to check our bill as the waitress had swapped monitors at our tables and she was concerned we would be charged for her son's games. She also had had our chips delivered to her table by mistake and had that not been done, maybe our appetizer would have been delivered more timely. Our friend asked for a refill on his drink and we saw them almost deliver it to another table. After we finished our meal, we stacked the dishes as best we could. We had to tell her to take them away. This was the one time out of the next 7 we brought it to her attention about the dessert that had been ordered at the beginning. 25-30 minutes later she came by and said she would put a rush on the dessert. 10-15 minutes later a different server brought the dessert. It was a race to get home as all of us rushed to the bathroom and that was no coincidence. That was our first meal of the day and can only be the reason we ran for the bathroom. This was just a nightmare and so disappointing after our previous good experiences. With this poor training and such a bad experience, it is doubtful we will return to this restaurant.
We decided to go back after having a bad experience 2x before (shame on us) we stand at the door for 5-8mins when they literally had about 4 people inside. Finally the bartender seated us. Then about 5 mins later one of the waitresses come up to us and advised us that one of the other waitresses called in and was no longer employed there and they had no one to wait on us as 3 of them set in a corner and talk. This Chili’s is terrible and really needs new management ASAP! The Location in Noblesville is on another level compared to Muncie. You guys should probably go take notes from these guys and get it together!

My waitress was so sweet and professional. She checked on me several times. My drink never rain dry. I hope I don't slaughter her name Denazai? Beautiful red hair! She engaged polite conversation and was sincerely interested. I haven't seen this awesome service in years. You definitely need more of her. Thank you for making my day.?Joanna Lawson
Had a horrible visit, first we were seated in the bar area at a booth. The table was much much closer to one side than the other. The table top was literally siliconed to the wall and was so loose that we asked to be moved because we were sure the table was going to fall off the wall.The menus had food on them and were really sticky.We were moved to a table in the middle of the bar area and you could see into the kitchen area. The kitchen was extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor,the serving line was as a massive mess.The dining area was extremely dirty as well with food and napkins all over the floor. There is an area above the entrance of the restraint that they use as storage there's just a bunch of seats and restraunt equipment stacked up there in plain view.The manager brought us our food and brought out the wrong side which happens anywhere and is no big deal. But I was never given my side I ordered.Overall the restraunt was filthy, the cooking area was filthy, service was slow and things were broken.
Extremely unorganized establishment. VERY slow and unconcerned service. Had a pickup order which I parked for “curbside” as they told me to do, and waited 25 minutes passed the pickup time I was given before I decided that I apparently have to go in to get my order. Inside, I continue to have to wait for someone to do their job and inquire what I needed, only to have to wait another 10 minutes. This is far from the first time this has happened. More like EVERYTIME. I believe it is time we stop ordering from Chili’s altogether.
We waited 15 minutes, and no one even came to take our name! I get that places are still short staffed, but there were so many empty tables, but still 10 people left standing in the lobby. Just terrible service. It has been this way my last two visits. I do like Chili's, but they have got to do better.
The only good thing about my experience was the waitress. She was great. The restaurant itself was dirty. Bathrooms are very gross. We waited almost an hour for our food and it came out cold. My wings were not done. Nobody in my party finished their meals. I will not go back.
