Food was okay. The girl working the register was hateful as all get out. The ceiling looks like it's gonna fall in. Not worth $17 for 2 people.
Had a late lunch with a friend at the Muncie store. The girl who waited on us was very rude and unfriendly, I had a discount card I had purchased and she was not wanting to let us use it, was argumentative about it. I ordered an extra piece of chicken she said they did sell one piece of chicken she mumbled when she spoke and didn't explain herself. My lunch partner finally got out of her that you could only order 2 minimum so I did. We sat at our table. They brought our meals out, very scrawny over cooked portions of fish. Said chicken would be out shortly. The girl came out with my chicken in a container and kind of tossed it on the table turned around and walked away. I will NEVER go to that store again.
I am giving 1 star because there isn't an option for 0 stars. I'm giving 0 stars because everything all around was just horrible! The staff was rude, the food was cold and way overcooked to the point that we couldn't even bite into it because it was so hard. I had always liked Captain D's and was really looking forward to a great meal but boy was I disappointed. The service and quality both have just dropped horribly and I won't be going back. Just disgusted and disappointed beyond belief.
Excellent fried fish and shrimp! The portions are large and for about 10 dollars you can get a large meal.The indoor decor isn’t premium so don’t come expecting that but they do put a whole paper towel roll at each table and you’ll need it!
Awesome food and quick drive through. My husband's favorite is the fried catfish. I love the grilled tilapia. Iget an extra piece for my puppy. There are lots of choices. Staff is very friendly.
I don't know if they are understaffed or what, but the drive thru was very slow. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Just slow.
It took a really long time to get my food that I ordered before my parents. Both my parents were practically done eating. Also some of their food wasn't so hot when they got it.
Great seafood. Okay prices. We travel an hour and a half just for their food. This is the closest location for us. Hush puppies are the best around!
