Super friendly staff, unfortunately that's not what brings anyone to a restaurant.Showing up on a Tuesday the buy one get one free special guess what?! Now it's buy one get one half off!?!??!? Tall beers in the $8 range lol.Their food is already super overpriced. I understand inflation and rising cost but these people are just being greedy. This is my final visit to this franchise...It was fun while it lasted.
I ordered to go and my tater tots with cheese in top were so overcooked that I couldn't separate them from the side of the box. There was also multiple short white hairs in my wings (I have long red hair). So you could say I didn't/wasn't able to eat my $25 worth of food. So disappointing.
Probably one of the best Bdubs I have ever ever been to. Will be back soon. The servers were great, food was fresh and hot. Has a nice patio as well.
Really enjoyed ourselves with friends and family. Service was a little slow. Can't seem to find enough employees. They were bought out by another company. Menu has changed. It's ok.
Worst service ever! Ordered food online came to pick up 15 minutes away and the food had not even been put in as an order even tho the money was taken from my debit card. The girl at the front counter didn’t even care
The service was great, the cauliflower wings were a great vegetarian option, and very tasty. The previous time I was here everything took forever, this time it was very reasonable. I wanna come back.
this buffalo wild wings doesn’t know how to read a simple doordash order. they are slow and inefficient. i would rather eat concrete with my bare teeth than have to deal with this restaurant again. i ordered a simple easy queso with no chili in it, i waited and hour and 15 minutes just for it to show up with the disgusting chili in it. avoid this place at all costs.
I don’t know why we keep trying this location. There is frequently something wrong with our order and it is never a difficult order to fill. This time our friend picked up our order because we live about 30 minutes away. When he arrived, our chili queso was missing, which is half of the meal that my wife and I share. Instead we got a few boneless wings each. The manager tried putting me on a “list” so that I could get the queso when we return on a later date. Funny that he thinks that we will rush back to this location to eat again. Thankfully I ordered online and he was able to refund the queso in 5-10 days. In no way does this correct their mistake. It makes us more upset and less likely to order anytime in the foreseeable future. Avoid Muncie Buffalo Wild Wings and if you must have it, make sure the order is checked twice before leaving!
Wings were the best that I have had in a while. Alot of meat, plenty of sauce, nothing was undercooked. The manager came out to greet us and make sure that every thing was satisfactory. Thank you Brandon for such a good experience.
Arrived and noticed the dinning room was almost empty.Ordered mozzarella sticks for $13, they gave us 6 small sticks.Ordered our food and waited about an hour for them to bring it out.The Asian Zing tasted like straight up chemicals. No taste at all. And this is my favorite flavor.Overall rough and not worth the money.Told the waitress and all she said was sorry and walked off.Place functioned like it was being ran by a bunch of kids.Server couldn’t even give me the correct amount of change. Completely incompetent. Probably won’t come back
