You having a problem is with restaurants going downhill since the covid-19 lockdown Bob Evans was surprisingly good and their food was very palatable and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the southwestern avocado omelette breakfast and extra sausage gravy and it was all very good.
Quick effectiveness service with a smile and a warm greeting. The hotcakes are delightfully fluffy. Yesterday had the sausage and gravy omelette in a bowl. Both meals were super delicious. My only complaint is you don't have any restaurants back in Massachusetts... But the next time I travel to Bob Evans country, I'll definitely be back
They always have really good food. Their fresh banana bread is delicious. I love that they have bottomless hot chocolate! The people that work here are always so nice.
3-Okay. Delivery was good. Timing was great, but we found some kind of large, hard bony- like object in our food. We threw away the rest of the food when we found it. It was disgusting. It looked like a large vein tied up, but felt like a bone. I truly believe this had to be purposefully placed in our food. I saved the object.
Never in my entire life has a restaurant had such poor customer service. Oh, and also on an order for over $60 they absolutely REFUSED to add a small amount of extra strawberry topping to a SMALL slice of cake! I was totally shocked that Becky was rude about the request, took 10 minutes to ask the General Manager, Phil, who refused to simply add a small extra bit of strawberry topping!! I was completely taken aback that they flat out refused when the ticket was $60, it was a small request, and they did not allow it. Even though there was NO OPTION for it online. Never, in all my experience ordering food online have I encountered someone who flat out refused such a small request! Would not recommend. I have given them so much business, never requested anything special or extra, and the one time I was told there is no way they could make it happen!! Definitely went from getting food there once a week to never wanting to do business again.
Are we still blaming bad service at restaurants on Covid, and all the change that's happening in the economy?! I've always loved Bob Evans, and I want to love you again, but the past SEVERAL times we have been in the service is just so horrible, and the food is just not as great. We hope you and alot of these other restaurants can figure out how to have good service again! It's more worth it to stay home and save your money at this point :/
Went today for dinner. Had the honey clover butter fried chicken. It was delicious. I loved the honey clover butter on it. Everything tasted great. I don't remember the server's name. She was great and friendly. Thank you. The fries and coleslaw was excellent.
Oh yeah it was excellent food as always and the employees were very, very busy. They provided the same great service in a timely manner even though the place was extra jam packed before my family and I showed up. 5 stars for these young ladies. Wish I remembered their names but my epilepsy won't let me. Either way this place always treats my children and I like family.
Very kind staff, and we're quick in the kitchen, especially with our rather large group. All the food was good, at the right place, and reasonably priced. Facilities were clean and well kept, and again the staff were very nice!
