Ordered 2 large chili's only about 3/4 full over $8 and no crackers very very disappointed
Waited ten minutes in drive thru just to order the food. That should have been my first clue to leave, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to pay since the other cars starting pushing through. Once I paid, I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food just to get the wrong order. They gave my food to another customer and their food to me. As the customer walked back to return the food I asked what he had to confirm they swapped it. He said all my food was cold though (and I just watched them bring it out so it shouldn't have been cold). I gave them theirfoodand brought my food inside. They agreed to make it fresh. I paid at 4:43pm. I didn't get my food until 5:12pm. I spent 30 minutes waiting for less than 20 bucks worth of food. I won't be returning to this store.
I often times go to this location on my lunch breaks— drive-thru line is pretty consistently fast. However, this location never gives me what I order. I order a spicy nugget 10 count, and I’ll be handed them regular, without any sauce, or just an entirely different order. I put off leaving a review because accidents happen, but today I sat very patiently for my order and was handed two sandwiches instead. I didn’t have time to get back in like to correct it, so it was quite like money down the drain & back to work with an empty stomach.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. My grandma’s hamburger bun was so hard. The strawberries in my salad didn’t taste good. The floor was so wet they obviously didn’t drain the mop correctly. Only had one wet floor sign up front. As big as the lobby is they should’ve had 5. I was so afraid that I was going to fall. I am also pregnant so I cannot fall. The pop machine had no ice. We had to ask for some. The cashier didn’t really know what she was doing at all. She was really nice but don’t leave a cashier alone when they don’t know how to locate meals on the register.
It would be nice if I got my three fries that I ordered. 6/25/22 at 11:20 PM. Got 1 out of the three orders right that I put in. Did not get fries for my 4 for 4 or my $5 biggie bag. Don’t charge me for food if YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME !!! #McDonalds>All Fast Food.
Just ok. I had a Double Burger and my wife had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and one chocolate Frosty. Typically you read reviews that something was missing but ours was the opposite, way too much ketchup. We looked like we butchered the meat. And the buns were old, not stale but old. I was given a fork to eat the Frosty.... Really, a fork ???
Would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered ahead of time on the app. Food was missing from my order and everything was cold and soggy. Was told I was going to get a refund but the local store and corporate couldn't figure out who should issue it. Waited 3 months for my money back and wasted countless hours on the phone with store manager and customer service just to be given the run around.
The last few times going to this Wendy's I have had something either missing or wrong. It's been everything from missing fries to getting a single instead of a triple. For now, I would have to say this is due to staffing issues and do not hold it against the chain as a whole. My advice would be to check who is doing the training. There will always be a problem if the person that has been working there for two weeks is training the new guy. Won't be going back soon but hope they can pull themselves together.
Food was ok. The burger seemed old. Kind of chewy. The service was good except they didn't give me a receipt so now I can't be reimbursed for my food while on a business trip. Won't make the mistake of going there again...
Last night I stopped by Wendy’s drive through and ordered the Classic Burger,fries, and a frosty. I wish I would have taken a photo of what I received because it was disgusting! The burger was charred, a piece of lettuce that was an inch in size, no tomato, and 2 tiny pickles. The fries were burnt and tasted old. PLEASE DO BETTER! Not worth $11.00!
