Fix your online times for lunch and breakfast. Got sent here for a delivery order on doordash for a lunch order at 10:00 and the employees refused to make it until 10:30 because it was still breakfast. Doordash refused to cancel it. Customer said they ordered directly through your website which said lunch started at 10. Employees refused to even start to make it until 10:30 so here i am just now getting it at 10:48, over a half hour after I arrived. Completely horrible customer service.

It's ok if you like waiting. We ordered ahead, waited in the drive thu then waited in the drive way, probably close to 35 minutes. I admire the hot and fresh angle, it's just not nearly as nice as McDonald's system. Also they skimped on spoons.

I would not recommend going to this Wendy’s for Breakfast… went there and got 2 orders of Biscuits and Gravy and a milk. The food was as cold if not colder than the milk. The gravy was like water, biscuits you couldn’t cut with the fork. Not much sausage in it, and, it wasn’t even warm. It literally was like they took it out of a cooler and served it to us. I was so irritated, I didn’t even get my $8 back…..

Was there just a few minutes before noon. NO CHILI ready, there was trash all over the floors and the mens bathroom was a disaster.We have always stopped here when shopping in Mishawaka, but no more. Also was told the pop machine wasn't working, but other customers got refills and so did we.Need either a new manager or more reliable help.

I order 2 sandwiches, with nothing but condiments on them. I received the sandwiches as they come when ordered normally (some components even missing). Already a little irritated, I also have to REASSEMBLE both of my sandwiches because they were hastily and lazily made. Ruined my lunch break.

I had a HORRIBLE experience here. I ordered through the website and clicked on the delivery option. I got the wrong order, so I called the store to see how I could get my order corrected. I couldn't go to the store itself because I have COVID. The person who was on the phone with me was curt, sarcastic, and rude before just hanging up on me. Horribly customer service. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself a few years ago, I couldn't even imagine treating someone who had a negative experience this way. Now I'm left with food I can't eat because of my diet sensitivities.

Had to repeat order 5-6 times before it was entered correctly. Food was absolutely unappealing and disgusting. Fries were actually cold like they had been put in a fridge after being made. Drinks were flat. I'd steer clear of fast food in South Bend. I'd like to sat this is an isolated incident but all the food chains I've visited in the area are being run by a staff that looks too strung out between fixes to barely comprehend when communicating with them. Spend the extra money and go to a higher level sit down restaurant if you have to.

Gave me a salad that’s about 1/2 size it should be and didn’t include the chili that was supposed to be on it. I’d wanted a chicken salad they were out so offered a “TACO” salad. Not only is salad w chili on it NOT a taco salad but they didn’t give me what I paid for.

The drive thru on Sunday morning April 3rd 2022 ... Very disrespectful , the car infront of me paid for my order and Veronica and manager wanted me to pay for my order again . I said fine gave them my debit card and did not get a receipt back!! I asked for a receipt and the black guy in the blue collared shirt cussed at me and I sat there at the window untill I got a receipt 5 minutes later gives me a receipt showing I paid cash and got back 4 dollars in change. for them to pocket my money when my order was already paid for will be a problem for them. I cannot imagine who else they have done this too.

The person taking drive-thru orders argued about my order. I did not want cheese on my hamburger. She insisted the menu read "Dave's double cheese." It did not.I ordered a double and got a single.My granddaughter ordered a large Frosty and we got a small.We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and had wasted enough time at this horrible place.I pick my granddaughter up to visit me in Michigan frequently. We will NOT get lunch there again.Do yourself a favor and pick one of the other 6 fast food restaurants surrounding this Wendy's.
