7-6-22: After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru this evening, a young lady came out to tell everyone queued up in the line that they were not taking any more orders due to staffing issues.Using the drive thru at this location is always a test of one's patience- twice in the past I have spent 45 minutes waiting, and a typical wait time is more than 20 minutes. Don't even think of coming here on a weekend evening.Taco Bell really needs to up their game, at least at this location.

customer service at the drive thru is rude and gives attitude when you try to order or even ask a question. worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. the one in niles would be worth the drive than this location. if i could rate this location a ZERO out of 5 stars , i would. they also have no light to see the menu board at night.

So it is no secret that customer service has gone drastically downhill more places than not. For that reason alone I don't venture out much anymore, however when my child says he wants Taco Bell and not McDonalds... He Wins! As we pulled Into the parking lot and i.saw the long line ahead of me all I could do.was shake.my head. This normally would mean we would wait forever in-line and for our food that would be made wrong and some of it missing altogether. Topped off with rude customer service.... HOWEVER, NOT AT ALL WHAT WE EXPERIENCED TONIGHT!!! On Tuesday evening, on June 28th, I undoubtedly had 5 star customer service. Our order was correct, and the wait wasn't so bad. Great Job Crew that was Working... we were impressed.

This Taco Bell never fails to disappoint. Every single time I go I end up with missing food and everything made wrong, on top of rude employees. I made the mistake of ordering here last night bc it was the only one open and lo and behold, almost my entire order was wrong. Took it back just for the manager to argue with me about it and disassemble and inspect the food with her bare hands like I was lying for some reason. I didn’t even ask for a refund, I just wanted the items made correctly. Plus they never gave me a receipt which made the process even more difficult. After an hour since putting in the order and all of this nonsense, they made our order wrong again. Just. Don’t go here

Stopped in at this location for dinner this evening. Horrible! Horrible! Customer Service. First the front line employee informs me I MUST use the kiosk to order my meal, to which I replied " I wish to have my order take by a real person" I was again informed they don't do that, not they can't but don't. I ask for a manager. She says same thing and then proceeds to argue with me. Seriously, the time it took her to argue, she could have taken my order! For Pete's sake, you have employees for a reason. Why can't I just order my food and eat it like I always have?

7 cars in line at 12:20..they close at 1am...young kids/employees, wanting to leave early, booting all 7 cars out if line, 40 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING!!!Ridiculous ...this has happened @ least 3 or 4 times @ this location..AVOID THIS LOCATION! Health department ranks this taco bell the WORST in the area for cleanliness!!!

I just went to drive thru for 6 soft tacos supremes, nacho bell grande and a beef burrito. What I got was 6 soft tacos( not supreme like I ordered), nacho bell grande and a loco taco that was soggy and broken to pieces. And no beef burrito. While the rest was ok but still...not real impressed with my meal. I did not receive or was asked if I wanted my receipt. I tried to call only to get a recording stating they were unavaible to take the call. ?. I would not recommend.

Literally just went through your drive through. I ordered my food and respectfully asked for more sauce and your employee at the window literally just through whatever sauces she could get her hands on into my vehicle going all over the place. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I even sat at the window for a period of time at which the employee walked away. I understand these are tough times. But if I see this employee again I will not be coming back. Nor will anyone I know. Since I would share this with everyone I know.

Just wanna say that this Taco Bell has consistently given me the worst experience a Taco Bell has ever given me.Nearly every time I’ve come to this location, with only one exception, it took me at LEAST 30 minutes. They have even closed after they took my order at the speaker, instead of just telling me that they’re closing soon. A couple months ago, staff were super friendly but now they seem completely dead, which I feel is more of a management issue than the staff’s fault.Last time I came here, the food wasn’t bad but a couple hours later and the past couple days, my partner and I have not been feeling the greatest. We have both been experiencing symptoms of food poisoning when Taco Bell was the only food we got from the same place.Definitely won’t come back to this specific store.

I work right next to this Tacobell location & I’d like to give a shout-out to Rodney! Super friendly & welcoming! Regardless of them being understaffed he still let me in to place my order at the kiosk. Thank again buddy! ?
