Went to get breakfast after taking my girl to the doctors, the lady in the drive thru was very rude, yelled at us and had an attitude the moment i started to place my order, wouldnt let us get a different size drink, and made are food very poorly, didnt cook my crunch wrap all the way or my girls breakfast Quesadia nor cut it either, the coffee was almost all creamer and ice looking like milk. Dont go here if you want tacobell breakfast, i would highly recommend going to a different location if you want tacobell breakfast
A quick meal for our family. I love how I am able to order online, sit down then they call our name to pick up our food and it was delicious. A decent value.
Crunchwrap supreme had nothing but shell for the first few bites. Both cheesy gordita crunch had nothing but meat on it with maybe 5 pieces of lettuce and shredded cheese. The soft shell on the outside was literally doughy. It was so doughy that half of it was stuck to the wrapper when I got home. The mountain dew was watered down to basically carbonated water.With fast food employees making more money you would think they would take some pride in their work and bring up the quality of the products they are putting out. Do better.
Placed our order through the app. Pulled up to the window as per instructed, got to the window and was given our drinks immediately, asked to pull ahead, order was hot, made to order as specified on the order. Employees were pleasant and efficient. Defiantly our preferred location to visit.
This restaurant deserves a 0. We walked in and wanted to order at the counter. The driver thru person yelled she couldn't take our order because she was too busy. An employees kids were all running around the restaurant . No one seemed to have a clue what to do.. This is the one near Capital Ave. I tried to get my friend to just leave, but he had more patience than me.
This taco bell has literall not gotten my order correct in over three months, I can literally make a taco in thirty seconds at home and you somehow mess it up. On top of that you could be the only car in line and will still wait for a minimum of twenty minutes. Terrible.
Employees are rude. This place needs all new employees and managers. Had to throw my food away when I got home just now. The sprites tasted gross, the 4 chicken chalupas were hard as a brick.
This particular location has always been super slow even before the pandemic started. The drive thru is always too slow even though they mainly focus on the drive thru customers. The staff doesn't wear protective gloves LIKE EVERY FOOD BUSINESS SHOULD!!! The staff is always fooling around and no one is ever taking orders at the front counter
Worst Taco Bell around. Can NEVER get an order right. Won’t fix there mistakes either. Avoid this place at all cost.
Very RUDE lady at the drive through. Would not sell drinks at happy hour price and decided to be obnoxious about it. Do not bring your children here to be subjected to unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers.
