i’d give zero stars, this lady started wrapping my sub up and i told her that i wasn’t done and still wanted a couple more things, she just stared at me and hugged and continued to wrap it up, i told her again, i’m not done i want more stuff on my sandwich and she just stared at me and continued to do what she was doing. every since the family that runs it came it’s gone downhill. there is only one worker there that is wonderful and she’s a teenager, she’s wonderful but everyone else is horrible. go to the one on 12th street in charlie’s, never had a problem they are wonderful and know how to make a mean sandwich.
This is the best Subway in the greater michiana area. It's clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly. Seriously, Subway doesn't get better than this. A+ work guys!!
So I placed an order online for the mozza meat sub. With only meat n cheese. (Picky eater) when I got my home to open it. We realized it didn't have the cheese. So before calling the store I checked the app to see if I placed the order wrong. I even tried to remove the cheese to see if it was possible. (It wasn't for that particular sub) so I called the store. The guy who answered tried to tell me that it was my fault it came with no cheese. When I tried to explain it to him that I couldn't remove the cheese he got mad. Telling me I'm wrong. Worst place to go. I will never eat there again. Plus no customer service help to resolve the problem.
Horrible service, ordered a mozza meat sub and got no cheese at all. I ordered it through their app which WILL NOT even let you remove cheese from this sub. When I called the store I was blamed and told I ordered it that way when as I said the app will not let me take cheese off of that sub so I could not have ordered it that way even if I wanted to. Person on the phone was extremely rude and refused to make the situation right and even argued with my husband on the phone.
If I could give this place no stars, I would. We got to the drive-through about 9:30 and waited 10 minutes for someone to finally say something. I understand that there were three cars ahead of us but the service We received was not called for. A guy came on the speaker and said that the other lady was ignoring me at the drive-through on purpose because they close at 10. Now remember, we were there at 9:30. They finally said something to me around 9:45. So then I asked if can I order because there was still 15 minutes he ignored me at first then he said no. The fact that he admitted this woman was ignoring me just because they wanted to close half an hour early is completely ridiculous. Now if they said that they were short staffed and have to close early I would’ve understood because I do understand the world we live in at this time. But there was no reason for both of them to be rude to me and treat me the way they did. I’ll never go back here, this was my third chance with them and they still disappointed me. And it was even worse this time. Their sandwiches aren’t even well made. I only went there because it was convenient, from now on it’s either I’ll drive across town or never give my service to subway again. Jimmy Johns even does way better when they have to deliver your sandwich freaky fast and if they are “super slow” they at least let you know. Never have I been to a jimmy johns where people were unpleasant.
Store was clean and tidy, the folks who served us were efficient, quick, and friendly. I was very pleased with this shop and will make it my go-to Subway from now on.
My friend and i pulled into Subway on hickory rd drive thru at 9:35pm. I spoke into the microphone to let them know I was there. I didn't get a response. I sat there for 10 minutes before the male worker replied to me. The guy told me that the lady there was ignoring me through the mic and he was letting me know that they are closing. It's 9:45 pm and they don't close until 10 pm. If they would had answered me the first time at 9:35 I would had paid and been gone with my sandwich by 9:45pm. This is the worse service I've ever received at this location. I highly advise people not to go to this location.
Took order for two sandwiches and repeated it back correctly. Just didn't make them right and left off the cheese. Also seems to split the amount of meats in half to make sandwiches. Won't go back....does HQ know they are doing that. It is so obvious it's disgusting.
Hardly any meat when I ordered a product foot long. Over charged me for a 6 inch chicken sandwich range it up as chicken an bacon. Sub maker was rude an unknowledgable.
Despite my previous friendly encounters at other subways, I must say that my experience at this store was abhorrent.The store was clean, I have no complaint about that. However, the staff were rude to me and appeared visually frustrated while making my food. Sounds like a great part of their "customer service", right?After my food was made, I tried to explain to the guy working the register that I only wanted 4 cookies and 2 sandwiches, nothing else. We were overcharged and given two drinks. After pointing this out, I asked for a refund for the two drinks only and I was told and I quote "When you come next time, we give you it for free."They refused to refund me and told their employees to "remember us for next time" which is an extremely unprofessional way to handle a guest complaint. How are they supposed to remember that we came here? Are we just supposed to rely entirely on the word of mouth that "oh these two people came here and had a problem with their food, help them next time"?I have never had to rate a restaurant in this area 1 star. As another food service worker, I hope that I don't have to again, but people should know what they are paying money to receive when they read my review.
