Was the best Subway up until about a year ago. Attitudes of workers changed, seem very unhappy. Then everytime I would go, there were new employees, still not happy employees. That's a bad work environment or bad pay situation.This last time we went, the drive thru was closed. Went around to walk in and saw a sign the AC is out. When we got to the line there was one person, a middle aged Asian man, and I think he is the owner, working by himself. The store was pretty dirty and there was shredded cheese all over the fold up window over the veggies. Being super lactose intolerant that made me very concerned. The guy working seemed miserable and the place just needed to be shut down and fixed.This was our favorite, now I'm just not going back.
Staff was very friendly and efficient, too bad the equipment isn't efficient. No A/C, very warm in the store, fan didn't help. The refrigeration table was barely keeping items cool. Had a warm FL Veggie, it was terrible!!!! This used to be a great store, cold sandwiches were alwaysctisp and delicious. This Franchisee isnt taking car of business. ?
Took so long. Got in the line at 3:00 and started ordering at 3:10 while only one car in front. We had to wait for the car to get their food before we ordered. It took us 20 minuets to even order 3 subs?? The service was terrible and wasted so much of our time. I could have wrote an essay by the time we finished ordering. Never coming back here.
I prefer this Subway because it is one of the few that have a drive through. This has been "my" Subway for nearly 10 years. The service used to be top notch, but over the past few months they can't seem to get my order right. From the wrong size sandwich to leaving off topping, I never know if what I ordered is what I'll get whether I use the drive through or the mobile app. What the heck, Subway! Why can't you fix this?
Store hours say 8am-9pm on Sunday. Walked in at 9am. The doorbell rang when we walked in. Waited a few minutes. Said hello multiple times no answer. Assuming somebody came in opened up and left. Thought about making my own sandwich but decided to leave after 10 minutes or so. Don’t leave and unlock the door without leaving a note.
Really nice staff tonight. Ordered a wrap. Kind service. Food was correct and delicious and very appreciated.
Very rude staff and gave me a completely different order. I pulled into the drive through and they came outside, looked at me, and through their hands in the air. When I got my order it was wrong. Stay away!!!
Great service and super fresh veggies. Definitely my favorite subway to eat at.
I just called the store asking if I could put in an order for pickup and was rudely told no and hung up on.
My husband and I were in Subway in Mishawaka. It was very clean. The young man and young lady working today, showed pride in their work. My husband told the young man making his sandwich, he's never seen anyone not just throw the ingredients on the bread. The youngman said he makes it the way he'd like it. The young lady was very courteous.We were in Subway, #41355-0 at 3415 Bremen Hey, Mishawaka, IN, at 3:18pm on 12/11/2021.We were very pleased with your restaurant and plan to return when in the area. we just want to commend your staff.
