I have never had any issue ordering from here. Everything is always fresh and everyone is answer so friendly. Officially my favorite Subway.
It's convenient and the ingredients are decent.But if you order online they don't really read the order. Maybe they glance at it once. But there's always something obvious that gets missed.Foot long once turned into a 6 inch.Note to not include ham, since the website doesn't let you remove included meats; ham included every time.Toasted? Nope. Cold with unmelted shredded cheese.And you really can't do anything about it unless you go in person. There's no online customer support, and good luck getting your call answered. If you go back in person with the sandwich they'll fix it and that's all, which honestly defeats the purpose of conveniently ordering ahead.

My bread was doughy my chicken and bacon was COLD ( EVEN THOUGH IT'S PRE COOKED) I SPENT ALMOST 34 DOLLARS ON MY ORDER AND DON'T KNOW ONE ANSWER THE PHONE THERE VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK AND I'LL BE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET MY REFUND BACK.
The sandwiches turned out lovely with fresh ingredients and wonderful service.
