I want to thank the ladies who served me a few weeks ago on two different occasions. I am unsure of their names but they do not realize what their act of kindness did for me that morning.My family and I found out that my mom was Diagnosed with lung cancer 2 months ago and was basically sent home to us (her children) on hospice for her final days of life. We are all in our early 30s. While in the drive thru I was talking to a family member on the phone and was coming to a realization my mom wasnt going to make it through this time around. The lady in the drive thru speaker heard my cries. When I drove up to the window she handed me my coffee and told me she hopes my day gets better.A week later I came to get coffee for my sister and I who had been taking care of our Mother day and night. I completely spaced my debit card at home and before I could notify the window they had already made our drinks. And again gave me the drinks anyway and told me to just pass it on?.Both of these times were completely accidental!!!But I just want the ladies who served me both times to know that their kindness went along way!!! I was going through the hardest time in my life watching my mother pass and the act of these girls put me at a little ease. They were extremely friendly and understanding and it gave me one less thing I had to worry about during such a difficult time.Thank you Starbees❤
This is hands down one of the best Starbucks in the area. My order is always the way I want it, and the staff is super friendly. I frequent this location a few times a week!
Always busy, so if you're in a hurry, stop somewhere else or give yourself at least 10 minutes extra.Staff is competent & usually friendly. Have had a crabby barrista here & there. Overall, I still return.
While being able to order right as we pulled up with only one car in front of us this experience was horrible. I only wanted a chocolate cream cold brew and a cake pop. I get to the window and wait for a few minutes. Someone finally comes up and starts repeating a different order. I say no and repeat mine. She leaves for a couple more minutes and then comes back repeating a whole different order again. Once again I say no and repeat my order. After probably another ten minutes I get my drink handed to me. Except everytime I have ordered this before it hasn't been mixed. And she goes oh it must have just mixed while pouring it in. I go what? It has never done that before. And she just leaves. Won't be returning back after a long wait and what tastes like a wrong drink handed out.
I literally go to this Starbucks so much that the manager knows me, my name, and my order when I’m placing it through the drive thru! It is changing with the new folks that have been hired.I went in this morning and purchased the paradise refresher with coconut milk. I have purchased this before and loved it, but this one tasted so bad that I turned around and went back (something I have never done before). The girl at the window was very combative telling me that she “made it to standard” and insisting I try the new one on the spot. It was rude. The second one still did not taste right, but I didn’t want her making me anything else. I pitched it and decided that I will just start going to the Heritage Square location.
Absolutely terrible service and drink. My espresso was literally sitting on top of the milk in my caramel macchiato,instead of in layers which is how to properly make the drink. The drink should have never come out the window like that.
Went to this Starbucks Friday May 27th. I had drive thru cashier load funds onto my Starbucks card using my credit card because the app wasn’t working. Not only did she run my credit card for the $25 load I authorize, but also fraudulently charged another $27.18 I didn’t realize it until the next day when I saw the charge on my credit card , and immediately called customer service. A manager expedited a claim to remove the fraudulent charge. I’ve been fighting with them for over two weeks because they say they have no record of the transaction. I provided proof of both charges on my credit card and the Starbucks app, and they’re telling me I have to dispute it with my credit card company since they can’t find the transaction on their end. Poor way to do business. You should treat your customers better that this!!!
Love that I can have my coffee just the way I want it.. they will make my cold foam with just heavy whipping cream so I can keep it keto. And my granddog Martin loved his pup cup! ?
Cold food. Rude manager. I was polite and ordered my food in advanced wasn’t ready when I got there and I ordered it 30 mins prior. They had zero respect and the whole place was dirty
Drive thru wait was like 15 mins only to get my drink and it was HORRIBLE. I ordered a Honey Citrus Mint, it was made with just water instead of half steamed Lemonade. When I returned with the drink I was looked at kind of funny and greeted but not warmly. I really wanted the drink and asked to have it remade. Instead of a more seasoned Barista making my drink properly the SAME barista remade it, which I thought was horrible because that should've been a learning moment, not just a here redo this moment. I stood in the lobby waiting on my drink was never told it was remade people just kept looking at me. I finally was made aware after about 3 other customers whom were after me walked out, that my drink was ready. I tasted the drink and it still wasn't Starbuck quality (Lemonade wasn't steamed, there was no classic syrup, and not enough peppermint syrup for a venti; I did NO outrageous customizing) at all but it was drinkable, the drink didn't have the proper amounts of anything I've had it so much I could've taught the Barista way better than she did. Hopefully you guys train the baristas better, and work on your customer service, I was highly disappointed, I feel like I wasted my money today!
