Even thoe it's my second time here I'm enjoying the food and service. Love the options available n currently with there new pineapple upside down cake shake. Is just amazing and one of the best shakes I've had and will definitely recommend to everyone. Will definitely come back in the future to try more of what red Robin serves
We have eaten here many times and the food is always good and our waiter is always great at their job and shows kindness and professionalism. We love the bottomless fries for our kids and sometimes we get the bottomless salad. We've never had a complaint.
Service was awful! We had to ask to have our table bussed. We had to ask 3 times for anything we needed. One of the burgers was incorrectly made and it took 25 minutes to get it remade, my daughter ended up taking hers home because we were all done eating by the time it came out to the table. The burgers themselves are smaller yet cost more and last but not least the chicken tenders were burnt. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat....so disappointed ?
Food was excellent very surprised at how good the hot wings are only thing I ask is that they rinse the blender when making different flavors of milk shakes.. I'd prefer my chocolate shake not taste like minty birthday cake ? other than that service was great and food was excellent ?
We go to the Mishawaka Red Robin and when lucky enough, get Christopher as our server. I was not expecting to enjoy a meal so much, as with pandemic it was a while since I've had some really good food. Got my burger but tried something new-- their sweet potato fries dipped in an island head sauce for extra spicyness -- it was delicious!!
Host took a long time to seat us. He was having difficulty picking up the menus. Asked for a table that was close due to my disabilties and they seemed put out about it.Waitress was nice and had a good voice. Unfortunately the food was horrible. First off, the food took so long that 2 tables who sat down and ordered after us got their food before we did. Basically same meals, burgers, too.My husband's chicken was really dry and fries had tons of salt. I tried a special brisket over potatoes (actually potato chips). They were overly salted. There was barely any brisket or cheese but tons of bacon. I ended up scrapping the toppings off and just ate those. But very disappointing.By the time I got home was very ill. Nausea and vomited the rest of the afternoon.We did make mention to these complaints to our server but she did nothing about it. Called and talked to manager later who was going to look into it. We usually don't have a bad time here.
Took me by surprise.. Food was good, prices were reasonable, service was great. Enjoyed the sweet potato fries, id recommend dipping them in a side of island heat sauce.
It's run by a bunch of people that don't know what the hell they are doing. crappy service and the burgers were pink. This used to be my favorite restaurant before covid.....since then this place is a dive. We won't be coming back again.
our fried pickles were over cooked and Dripping in grease..the service wasn't the worst but could have been better..the fries were over cooked as well..we won't return..
This place is on top of things. The seating wait was only 2 minutes. Our waiter was quick and friendly. Our food was out on no time. Christopher, our server, kept us refilled with drinks and fries.Love this place.
