I tried to give this place a second chance, but the way they treat the staff is just 100 percent unacceptable. Low pay, no help during rush. This place tries to skim as much as they can when it comes to their workers. Managment is still just as incapable of helping their workers. Food is decent, but how they deal with their staff deserves 1 star. I'll return in a few weeks to see if things have changed.
Good food but small servings of proteins. James have excellent customer service but one lady had on a very dirty shirt. She didn’t need it washed but a new one and management was right there but didn’t seem to care, he was too busy talking on the phone.
I love qdoba... In Michigan! This location in Indiana was GROSS to say the least. Filthy dirty, every table, staff was friendly but unkept, and the food.... Omggg looked like it was scooped from a dumpster with absolutely zero flavor. I mean noooone. Horrible! Don't go here. I don't like chipotle, but it is much better than this place.
This used to be one of my favorite spots it has gone so down hill. The food station and the dining is so dirty it’s crazy. Every time i go there you can tell they just don’t want to help the customer. They lie and say they are out of stuff you can see just because they don’t want to make it. I have gone there twice and one employee claimed they where out of cheese and then when I sent my friend (who was in the car when I first went in) in to order another employee said they did have it. Just ridiculous management should step in and check their staff.
The young white guy that was taking orders was rude and nasty. He got mad because I asked him to change his gloves. He made a customer order, checked them out at the cash register (with the same gloves on) and then was about to start back taking orders with those same gloves. I asked him to change his gloves. He didn't like that. He responded "well fine" and starting slamming bowls on the counter for the customer in front of me. He only tried to give me 4 pieces of lettuce because he said they were running out. I demanded more lettuce, he gave it to me but he was upset and throw it on top of my taco. I started to say I didn't want it but remained calm. The taste of the food was okay.
Five Stars is not enough for the Friday Night Crew. The service was fast, friendly, accurate and delicious.Our steak bowls were packed with fresh ingredients. The steak was still warm when we got home and the cheese was melted on top. ? So good.
Food was sub par compared to chipotle. The service was not great. They were also out of chicken. And close to out on most of the protein options at lunch time on a Saturday. The floor was slick almost like the greasy floor of an old fast food restaurant.I was looking forward to going and having something different. But I was only disappointed.
Nice knowledgeable staff. Clean store. Biggest problem is getting into the store. Folks from out of town will have issues entering and being required to follow a one way behind two other restaurants. The directions are not clearly mark and force traffic flow into the chicken tenders restaurant.
I have never in all my life been so disgusted with a restaurant. My first time eating Qdoba was in Chicago which was so amazing. This Mishawaka location was the worst I have ever experienced with any business. Dirty, disgusting and nasty, gross just super gross. The steak was not fully cooked, the chips tasted of very old grease, crumbs all over the counter top, floor and seats, the booth had nasty stuff all in the cracks of the booths, the soad dispenser covered in filth and old soda all sprayed all over the inside, the enter and exit door and windows just filth the bathrooms were nasty very unclean but cleaner then the lobby. The health inspector was contacted and an order to go to that store has been set. There was no way of contacting this corporation by phone apparently this is the only way which is truly unfortunate and unacceptable. We spent $32.53 and ended up throwing all our food in the trash my fiance and myself. By far the worst experience with any business I've ever had. I felt like when I walked out I left with 10 different bacterial infections. Just nasty and the store should be shut down and not reopened until it is staralized properly.
One of the worst experiences I've had at Qdoba. There's about six people working or more behind the counter and it still took over 15 minutes to get through the line with two in front of me. Didn't have impossible meat, not that big of a deal, but as my half-made warm burrito sat on a cold counter waiting to be finished by the next guy who kept ripping burritos for the guy in front of me, my burrito was stone cold by the time I made it out to my car.. The restaurant was very dirty and it looks like it's been a while since the place is even been swept and wiped down. The guys on the grill had music blaring so loud that I had to yell at the lady to tell her my order. Next time I'll just hang out in line at Chipotle instead
