I came in here on taco Wednesday. Their tacos are $1.25 that day. But I had ordered 3 tacos and some horchata to drink. The horchata was pretty good, the tacos weren’t as good as I thought they would be. It was two average size tortillas with a little bit of meat in it. The meat was pretty good though, I had Al pastor and chorizo. The tortillas were a bit undercooked or maybe just a bit too greasy. They weren’t the best tacos I’ve ever had. Their tortilla chips and salsa were very good. Besides that they do have other delicious food platters that you should definitely try. The service was good, the waitresses were friendly and attentive. I don’t see myself coming back again anytime soon but If I do I definitely won’t be eating tacos here again.
Stopped in with family for a lunch and we had very nice experience. The service was vey friendly and with an extensive menu, it was easy for even the pickiest eater (plus a person with food allergies) to get a generous portion of Mexican food. I had the chicken enchiladas which were tasty but could've been a bit better if the food had arrived hotter. The plate was hot but the food could've been a bit hotter. From the ordinary like chiles rellenos to enchiladas to a grilled cheese, it was an enjoyable lunch for all.
We got take out...a pork tamale, tacos, chips and ChoriQueso. The ChoriQueso was the only half way decent thing. The tamale was mediocre, the taco meat had gristle in it and it didn't have any flavor except grease and a slightly burnt taste. I was very disappointed after reading so many good reviews.If only Tampico's was open on Sunday....now that is 5* Mexican food. I won't be coming back here.
food was very tasty. Chips and salsa are both first rate. Large portions. Great service.
We had a rather large group but were served in a fairly quick manner & my food was hot & good as well.
The food was really good. I got a chili releno instead of the tamale I ordered. It was actually really good so I guess I got a happy accident. I would eat here again.
Food was good, not great. Service was friendly and fast. If I'm in town again, I would not hesitate to go back.
Good Food and great prices! If you like authentic Mexican food, then you need to stop in.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the food was good as well. What stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff and waitresses.
