Every time I come to the drive thru there’s a new excuse why they can’t take my order. Sometimes they say they aren’t open yet when it’s well past 12, other times they’re only taking online orders. What’s the point of solely doing online orders? Why would you not maximize profits and take regular orders as well? I’m just slightly frustrated because the sign said the drive thru is open and the workers always say something different. Oh well I’m done trying with this place. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere.
USED to love this place. I understand inflation but you guys are taking away the good ingredients that made you stand out from other sandwich places! First you switch the turkey bites to deli meat..and now the full size avocado is non existent, just a measily spread. Disappointed.
Amazing sub shop I am from the East Coast and I can honestly say that their meatball grinder is amazing sorry sub this is one place that I do frequent and enjoy every time I go there definitely check it out
They said delivery would be 30 minutes and came within 15 minutes of me ordering so nice speedy delivery food was great still warm
So good!!! Not your ordinary sandwich place! The bread they use is superior! The outer crunch and softness of the bread reminds me on an authentic vietnamese banh mi.❤
Stopped at the potbelly on Main Street in Mishawaka on 12/14 at about 230PM. Was told they were only taking online orders. A drive through customer with cash in hand should matter. Even if short staffed take the time to throw together a sandwich for a customer that is there in your drive through line. To add insult to injury I pulled over to place an online order and that work out either.Unacceptable.
Family of 5 dined in Friday night. Food was good a bit on the pricier end for sandwiches. And minimal sauce on what was supposed to be a pizza sub. Also kids options don't come with fountain drink or juice box, just a bottle of water which our littles weren't thrilled about. Think we spent $72 which isn't terrible considering the extras we purchased. Great food, friendly employees.
This is one of the best sandwich shops around. Everything is fresh and made with care. The staff is very kind and always serves their customers with a smile. Their wait times are minimal and their online ordering platform is very easy to navigate. Definitely recommend!
Dissapointed but I'll try again.People are entitled to have bad days.Ordered cup of loaded potato soup . Said it came ith bacon, cheese and gr onion.I ordered extra bacon for 89¢Definitely didn't get extra. The whole CUP was almost 6$.The $10 sub was small and roast bf was dry and chips were stale. I never complain but wasn't worth theoney at allTotal let down for the price.The delivery guy was only thing good
Hadn't been to one in years and they didn't disappoint. Their roast beef sandwich is delicious!
