Efficient order taking. Convenient drive thru. Ordered the blackened tenders and my food was prepared to order. Server was helpful and pleasant. Great customer service.

I'm very disappointed i purchased a dine 2 meal for $12.33 after coming too South Bend ,Indiana for a funeral when I got the chicken back to relatives house for my me and my wife back in South Bend all the chicken was burned or it was old chicken they we're passing out too customers this happen June 25,2022 at 2:10 pm if i wasn't so far away i would have taken it back. "Very Unsatisfied"
Food was great tasting and decently freshBut just like any other Popeyes I've been to the staff was rude and impatient
Luckily it was early when i drove by and saw no lines or fights breaking out. I wasn't properly armed, but i decided to risk it and try a sandwich anyway. Yep tastes like chicken. Not chicken worth going to jail over...just chicken. Just wait til their patrons try steak. Oh boy.
I just went to this Popeyes and was refused service. I don't drive so I can't go thru the drive thru and I only had cash. I wasn't trying to sit and eat I just wanted to order some food and leave but the lady at the front told me the lobby was close and than walked away and ignored me even after another employee was trying to get her to take my order or at least acknowledge that I was still there. I don't understand why people can walk in to pick up online orders but I can't get some food to go.
Yummy as always. Service was shockingly fast despite signs stating they were short handed and in need of additional staff. Order was correct as well.
2+ years past covid, and no inside ordering, drive-thru or web only absolutely crazy and then to laugh at people when they ask why they have the doors open. drive-thru thru is 30+ minutes for 3 meals and then 2 of the 3 were wrong. horrible service, horrible experience
Still will not allow dine in or carry out. Only drive through. I will eat elsewhere that allows me to dine in
The chicken was raw, I will never go to the Granite City, il Popeye's ever again. I keep giving them a chance. I love fried chicken, but they don't know what they're doing. ?
