Good food but need to stay open later...
Dont order from there if you see a silver car with a messed up window. When that guys working, hes a shift supervisor I believe and honestly my orders have less items on my pizzas than when other supervisors work. Ive taken side by side pictures of my pizzas and there is a big difference or I wouldnt say a thing. Older gentleman with glasses. Im just keeping it real. I order regurlarly from there. Usually carry out and will do a drive by before I order. Call me crazy but my moneys spent better elsewhere when hes working. Other than that, good food. Not trying to intentionally downgrade this guy his service is just under par from other workers and or pizza huts.
I worked at a local Pizza Hut for years. I've been to the summer food truck festivals, I've been a driver, a cook, and phone host. Top down, this business is failing. Corporate doesn't care about the franchises AT ALL. The employees just locally are awful, barely open on time and could care less about maintenance of the stores. It's sad to see how far a place I used to like has fallen, but honestly they're just cheap and lazy. Even Little Ceasars makes their own dough. Pizza Hut freezes theirs and slathers them in oil overnight in a proofer. $5 flat for delivery fee for what? You don't insure the driver and they see none of that money. Now they don't even have the stuffed crust to themselves anymore they're not special. Never again.
Food was cold and hard no dipping sauces wings were all rock hard almost no sauce on em. Overall the whole meal sucked
Well. I had red onion on my order, no red onion was on my pizza. Also, the stuffed crust pizza I ordered was way too small a surface area of actual pizza, and not that tasty. The breadsticks were alright. The garlic seasoning was a bit caked on but acceptable.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food, chose option for notifications. 15 minutes before they said my food would be here, I went out to check my mail and found my food sitting on the top step in front of my door. I had to go out my back door and walk all the way around the house just to get my food. I called the store and was told that the driver pounded on my door. Problem with that is that my recliner sits under 3 feet from the door. NOBODY KNOCKED!! When I called the manager said he knows nothing and hung up on me.
Pizza hut has the best crust. And the parmesan garlic wings are the best tasting iv had.
You have gotten a lot better with your pizza lately , I used to go to papa johns but I retried pizza hut again and its way better than it was keep it up. Papa Johns has really gone down hill, they used to be really good but now they don't care about the customers, but Pizza Hut has stepped up the game and they are showing every time why they are still #1.
My cheesesticks were very over cooked to the point i had to tear off the edges. There was just way too much handling of them breadsticks to make them ready for eating as I also had to pull them apart because they were not cut. I had to pay extra for marinara sauce which came with breadsticks and I upgraded the breadsticks..chicken alfredo was not hot and I got there on time to pick my order up and most of all they gave me a warm pop. Was not refrigerated at all.Normally my orders are excellent (5 stars)when I order just pizza. Costed me by myself $15, should of just got pizza but I wanted to try something different. I was very unsatisfied this time around. Sorry but hopefully the crew can make some adjustments for the next customers.
The pizzas we received on our last order were slightly undercooked. The crust was pale and soft, it could have used a few more minutes in the oven.
