We have gone a couple of times now for Karaoke on Wednesday nights. We were greatly disappointed when we were sitting in a cloud of cigarette smoke and decided to light a cigar. After smoking a few minutes we were asked by the waitress to put the cigars out as they are not allowed. We won't be going back. We have to endure the thick cloud of cigarette smoke but can't light up ourselves?? Very distasteful move Phoenix.
We went here for a friends retirement party and it was so much fun! There was one waitress taking all of our orders, and she was the best! Even though it was just her she was taking our drink orders and food and still being super friendly and on point! I love this place! It was my first time won’t be my last!
The 'Bird', as the regulars call it, has come a long way through the years. They have a stellar group of waitresses who are friendly, professional and provide great service with a smile! A delicious menu (My favorite is their Hot Wings!) and a relaxing ambience. Seems there's always some type of great entertainment; Wednesday Karaoke, Thursday Open Mic Night where local bands come in, gather and mix it up... and Live Bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Plan on getting there early to get a good seat! My hat's off to the great ownership and the Management!

The food was great atmosphere was warm and service was spectacular Jessica our bartender was a rock star????
The food was amazing at a very very good price point, the service was better than most four and five-star restaurants that I attend, and they have some of the best live music going. We went on New Year's Eve and had an amazing time I can't say enough for this place.
Phoenix aka The Bird is like a second home to me and so many of my friends. This is your typical "dive bar" however the customer base is very diverse so all kinds of people frequent here and it is very music based. They offer great food and great drinks at very reasonable prices. The staff does a wonderful job at keeping up with the pressures, especially on the nights when the music community swarms into the place and they are a bit short staffed. Wednesday's are for karaoke. Thursday's are open jam with a full house band so if you play an instrument or sing, give it a shot. Friday and Saturday's are band nights which are usually variety cover bands and rock cover bands. Careful - sometimes it gets packed and can be standing room only at times on the weekends so if you want a table, don't go too late! :) They are open every day so if you want a little more relaxing time, try going Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. NOTE: THE PHOENIX DOES ALLOW SMOKING.
We loved it our waitress was so sweet and on it especially for being the only waitress in the place. Made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us periodically. Five stars I would definitely eat there again food was fantastic! We got a pepperoni bacon and mushroom pizza and we got the potato skins for an appetizer both items were on point.
Prices are good. Food was good. Live music Friday and Saturday. They do allow smoking indoors.
I used to like coming in here I love that the flower ladies but they got a new flower guy and he's very rude and me and my wife is never coming back I give this bar one star and I don't suggest that anybody goes there and the bartenders are very rude
