This isn't a place then you run in quickly for lunch, it's going to take them a few minutes to even be ready to get your order from you. The food is good once you get it but probably best to take it to go because all of the tables will most likely still be dirty.

I was disappointed with my service they got My meal wrong I asked for a wrap (turkey avocado) but instead they gave me half sandwich bread was hard turkey look like cat food one tomato went in to change my order for a steak sub didn't ask me if I wanted a small medium or large gave me a half sandwich I was still disappointed that's my review shaking my head ??

I was treated horribly at this Penn Station! I placed my order, then waited in line to pay. When it was my turn to pay I approached the register, and waited for the cashier. When the cashier came he ignored me and proceeded to cash out the lady behind me! The lady began to ask me if I had been helped. I told the cashier wait a minute, I've been standing here waiting to pay! He then tells me oh well just a second. He then still proceeds to ring up the lady! I tell him NO, and I walked out! #Diningoutwhileblack
I went there 4 days In a row and my Philly sandwiches were on point each time. I thank them for their consistency.
First time eating there. My sandwich was wonderful! Great fries. I’ll eat there again
