So I used to really like Panera bread, especially their salads. I was always impressed with the amount of toppings and quality ingredients. Even the price was acceptable. However I was shocked when I received my salad today for lunch and it was literally smaller than the fork that I was eating it with. There was maybe two olives, three tomato slices, and a handful of onions. For nearly 8 dollars, I would’ve expected what I used to get. I literally was ripped off, and if you are going to downsize so drastically, at least continue with the quality toppings. It literally looks like somebody threw the stuff on there and then shook the salad as hard as they could. Even the dressing container was only about half full. I ordered through DoorDash because of work, and I will never order again. I don’t know if it’s just this location that has gone to these tiny little salads, but if so it’s not right. Do better Panera.
This location is usualllllly.....on point... usually. They have messed up my drink order(s) on more than one occasion though......
I love the chicken noodle soup. My favorite sandwich is the avocado turkey b l t. You can't go wrong with anything from the bakery.
Love getting free coffee with reward points! Nice outdoor seating area. People bring their friendly pets (on leashes!!!) and strangers become very social. I love the set up!I will always complain about overpricing, everywhere, but otherwise... Panera is one of my favorites as far as chains go.
Two cars in the drive thru, including me and I sat waiting for someone to take my order then I sat for at least 15 min waiting for my order. The girl at the window says they always run out early on that item. Wouldn’t that tell you that you might need to make more of an item? It is obvious whoever is managing this location does not have a handle on the amount of business they do.This location is always out of things. It’s a crapshoot to get what you want. I’m not even going to this location anymore. In this era of restaurants now not wanting to see the public and stock their shelves, I don’t think they realize that we, the consumer, can choose not to go there anymore. Many of them wonder why they are having to close. When you don’t want to serve the public and you don’t have items to sell the public, you can’t stay open can you?I won’t be returning to Panera anytime soon for anything.
Delicious tomato soup and melted cheese sandwich, with fresh fruit on the side. Perfect to share with my toddler, although they have great child-friendly options too. Plenty of seating and a great atmosphere...loved the self-serve ordering kiosks.
While waiting over 20 minutes for a Doordash order, I noticed a few customers touching the iPad to look at orders — I rudely met with an employee telling me not to touch the iPad in a harsh tone. maybe if you don’t want customers touching an iPad, don’t face it towards customers or have a sign that asks people to not touch it.. was totally an unnecessary reaction from someone who was just wondering where an order was in queue.I work in the service industry, I do get it & understand how stressful it gets when its busy, but I still talk to customers with respect.
Great food and atmosphere. Great perks with their app. The service and condiments definitely cater to the morning rush and by the time lunch rolls in their specialty teas are out of stock and much less staff on duty. If you spend money on the monthly sips club you better make it before 11 am.
I ordered a Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT and today that was delicious masterpiece! ? The sandwich and salad were truly made with Love! Great customer service to!
