Used drive thru to place order was told there would be a 10 minute wait for the specific food we ordered. Sat outside in front of the entrance for 30 minutes with no food. Had to go inside and get the food ourselves with the receipt, however the order was wrong so it had to be remade.
Very disappointed!! A full forty minutes before closing, the kitchen was all but shut down. 3 employees were on drive thru and quickly using what was still available while the one server on the line tried to serve the guests in line. The one front of house server working the line was brand new, only two days into her job. She was amazing, kind and doing her very best to fill orders for all the guests in house.If a restaurant has serving hours posted until 9pm, then service should be available at that time.
They need to shut this place down. I can count on my hands the number of trips I have made here and each time was worst than the first. Honestly whoever is running this franchise needs to let it go. It’s a shame one shop can ruin a huge company’s reputation.
The service was good but the food was not. They only had about half of the food they should and it had been sitting a while when we got there. I won't waste my time again.
The guy taking our order jay was constantly rushing us thru and ended up not getting my order correct because he was too busy rushing me to order and not listening to. Very disappointed
It’s good to an extent.The food quality is such a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s super good and crunchy but other times it’s soft, squishy and tastes horrible. I’d love to eat it more often but to spend money on something that’s rarely consistent seems like a waste of time.
In and out quickly. Food was great. Workers were nice and welcoming. Place was clean.
If anyone planning on opening another Panda Express around! PLEASE DO SO. Love their food but this specific location Sucks at service. Workers inside lazy and slow that can’t serve more than one customer at a time in drive thru, then they keeps the dine in closed most of the time making it even worse. Food quality is almost never controlled so you’d be getting food that sat on the line for a whole day sometimes( dried out, burnt).
I’m very disappointed by panda on Grape road at Mishawaka, IN you get less then what you pay for. Plus I always order 3 plates and today 03-23-22 my daughter got less then what is showing on my plate. And the orange chicken is so hard omg ? not worth the money they charge. The worse panda ever I ate ? from me 00000000 out of 00000000 rating
Great place to eat , great food and service.Always pleasant attitude and willingness to help in anyway. Greet you when you come and when you leave with a smile. Would recommend anyone to go for a meal there.
